DICE has confirmed the four “fan favourite” maps that will appear in Battlefield 4’s Second Assault DLC pack.
The maps, which have been taken from BF3 and remade in the Frostbite 3 engine, are Operation Firestorm, Operation Metro, Caspian Border and Gulf of Oman.
DICE says that all the maps have been "enhanced to include new multiplayer features from Battlefield 4.” The Second Assault DLC pack will be "available at launch first on Xbox One.”
There will be a total of five Battlefield 4 expansion packs, the other four of which are China Rising, Naval Strike, Dragon's Teeth and Final Stand. You can pre-purchase them for £39.99/$49.99 as part of the Battlefield Premium season pass.
In addition to all this, DICE has listed all of the known bugs in Battlefield 4. The list, which you can find on Battlelog through here, details whether DICE is planning a patch or further investigation to resolve each issue.
The developers are also encouraging players to offer feedback on gameplay, saying "We are hearing your feedback regarding gameplay balance and other tweaks to classes and weapons, and are actively discussing these with the designers.”.
