A new tech trailer for Techland's next foray into first-person zombie killing, Dying Light, has emerged today, focusing on the game's next-gen lighting powered by the studio's proprietary Chrome Engine 6.
Utilising a "physically based lighting system," the engine enables Techland to "not only create realistic lighting and shadows in the game world but more importantly make the game world more authentic and immersive." You can see the results in the video below, showcasing the game's 'Old Town' location.
Dying Light will be dragging you back in to 4-player co-op zombie hell when it launches for Xbox 360 and Xbox One sometime in 2014.
