As you’re probably aware by now, we’ve been knee deep in Xbox One shenanigans for well over a week now. First we brought you the first round of first-party reviews (digital-only and retail), and then we brought you the first batch of achievement lists. Yesterday we started bringing you our sneak peaks at all the games – in case the reviews weren’t enough to assist your buying decision – and that will continue throughout the week, starting later on today (i.e. Wednesday) with Crimson Dragon, Zoo Tycoon and Dead Rising 3, before we finish the week with Ryse, Forza 5 and hopefully some third-party next-gen titles.

We kick off today’s look at the Xbox One though with a more platform-orientated sneak peak. As well as the news about ‘meld’ and the clarification on the whole mid-game-update issue that hit the news recently, we’re now bringing you a proper look at the new dashboard interface and its new options that you’ll be spending many an hour staring at for the next few years. As well as that, being an achievement site, we’re also bringing you a look at the new achievement presentation and features that reside within said dashboards. Two videos for the price of one then.

We’re not stopping there either. As well as the two dashboard tours below, we’re hoping to take your questions later on today so you can ask your burning questions that have yet to be answered, whilst providing a user-driven live-stream where you choose what we show and what we play. Oh, and there's our Forza 5 review too, and then there’s the new podcast and a new site later on in the week… I’ve said too much! For now, enjoy these badboys below!

And of course, to catch up on all our Xbox One pre-launch coverage, head on over to our custom built and easy to navigate Xbox One launch zone.
