Battlefield 4 Premium Refunds Being Given to Xbox One Users

Disgruntled Battlefield 4 Premium subscribers on Xbox One have been issued refunds by Microsoft upon request, following dissatisfaction with the service. In particular, customers are unhappy with the Second Assault DLC, which didn't work properly and caused poor connectivity to Battlefield 4's servers after downloading.
Some users couldn't even download the Second Assault pack at all, which some consumers haven't deemed worthy of the £39.99 they paid for the Battlefield 4 Premium service. Microsoft and EA were supposed to be investigating and resolving the issue in late November, but nothing has been heard in the way of resolution.
Angry Battlelog forum members have therefore requested refunds from Microsoft Support, which have been honoured. Obviously, upon receiving a full refund, their subscriptions to Battlefield 4 Premium were revoked. Presumably, EA and Microsoft are still looking into the issue, although neither party has offered an update on the situation.
