Alien: Colonial Marines continues to rise up in the charts... I know it's only £3 new, but please people stop encouraging this shit!

I'm surprised to see LEGO Star Wars: The Complete Saga in the charts, considering the game has been out for years. I'm guessing there's recently been a Classics release, as I see the publisher has changed to Disney similar to the Saints Row 2 and 3 re-releases that changed to Deep Silver?

I'm equally as surprised to see Battlefield 4 consistently performing well in charts, as I all I hear is about how broken the game is, especially on the Xbox One. I haven't personally played much of it to know if that's true, but everyone is constantly moaning about it.

@1 anything positive to say? And yes lego has been reissued for a tenner.

Though im sensing a lot of frustration from people, agreeably so, we paid x amount of money for a new system and the best we have is a reissue of a 360 game, hardly any arcade releases and a UI in 2014 that cant tell me my battery's low.

I've avoided Aliens like the plague, but at £3 I caved and bought it. more out of curiosity. Its really not as bad as everyone makes out and I quite enjoyed it. Sure the graphics are ropey and its a bit clumsy, but I've played much worse. Seems to be a sort of on line meme to hate this game. I say give it a shot!
Tomb Raider deserves all the recognition it gets as its a fantastic game. Some people may have missed out on it last year, why complain that more people get to play a fantastic game?

@3 - My only negative comment was towards the shit-fest that was Aliens. My other 2 comments were surprised observations from myself. I wasn't saying anything bad about them. I really enjoyed LEGO Star Wars, and was merely remarking that I was surprised to see it back in the charts after so many years. Regarding Battlefield, all I hear is negative remarks about the game, but as #2 confirmed the game is in a much better state. I said nothing negative about it.

The comments section is supposed to be where we discuss the charts, and that's what I was starting.

@5 "see Battlefield 4 consistently performing well in charts, as I all I hear is about how broken the game is"

Thats negative.

The game was(past tense) broken yes, teething issues if you will , fire it up now and give it a go. Its wonderful and thats probably why its preforming.

@6 No actually, #5 is pointing out an observation. A lot of people still complain about BF4 even after it's fixes. Since the most vocal of people online are the complainers, even if it's a legit complaint, it's not surprising that people are surprised by it's continuing decent performance in the charts. It's not being negative about the game, just an observation about the people commenting on it.

@4. The problem with Alien CM is that a lot of folk were hyped up for it. Gearbox even fiddled the graphics whenever they showed it off so everybody was expecting a great game. There's a big difference between paying £40 on release day and paying £3 a year later.

Not the worst game released but certainly not the AAA title that was hinted at.

I say this every week, but Max Payne 3 is still in the charts, now a year after release. Strong showing for a top game, also Lego Batman 2 still doing the rounds. 84 weeks. Good showing

#2, bugs aside, it is a great game. Definitely a step up from its predecessor.
