With South Park: The Stick of Truth now just over a month away from release (barring any further unforeseen delays, of course), Ubisoft has released a triumvirate of trailers to check out, including the return of Mr. and Mrs. Hankey.

As well as the poo family making a comeback, there's a short TV spot to watch, as well as a short story snippet in which a ginger hall monitor comes into contact with a mysterious green goo, transforming him into something much worse.

Give the new videos a watch below, then prepare to "throw down, brah" when South Park: The Stick of Truth launches on March 4th in North America and March 7th in Europe for Xbox 360 and PS3.

  • It looks so good, just hope it sells really well because it will need to after all this development. That second video was really funny, I love the exploration side of it and I don't mind turn based combat. It's going to be a very long month waiting for this.
  • One of my great hopes for this year. Cant wait for march with this and dark souls 2.
  • Game of the year
  • I hope nothing gets cut for the UK release! This game, for me at least will be a definite 10/10. The commitment Matt Stone & Trey Parker have put in for this is just amazing.
  • It's almost here.
  • @4. Don't worry, i'm sure we'll get the full 100% original content. The Uk is pretty lax when it comes to rating video games and movies.
  • Either this week or next week they should announce that its been pushed back again. I was looking forward to this game when it was suppose to be release back in 2012 but probably wait till it goes on sale unless they added some kind of MP or co-op feature.
  • These screens are beautiful.Mr Parker and Stone I eagerly await the game. Someone give me a Hankey...before christmas...if not..poo.
  • That last video was really funny.
  • think its still a shame ther is no xbone version but still got my 360 so a day one as im a fan of the show an the hardwork that has gone into this
  • I loved turn based RGP's, and was looking forward to this for the longest time. Now my interest have dialed down a little, so will wait for reviews and if they're favorable I will have no problem picking it up right around release=)
  • @7 Delays suck but hopefully mean that it has better production value and gameplay verse something thrown together quick and crapped out for money. The other thing you have to take into effect is that THQ when bankrupt and Ubisoft got the rights and added their expertise to the game. Last who the fuck cares about MP or co-op some of the best games have been brought down due to lame MP and co-op. What is wrong with single player games. I prefer to have story and content then having some idiot slow me down. Keep MP to the FPS.
  • Will this be coming to Xbox One at some point?
  • @13 most likely not. like #12 said the bankruptcy of THQ and its subsequent sale and legal challenge caused alot of the delays. Although some of the delays were caused by Matt and Trey's direct involvement with the development process as in their own words they were hugely disappointed with every game thus far released under their brand so wanted this one to live up to their expectations for their creation. However as they aren't programmers everything had to be done then checked by them and if they wanted to tweak something or if a particular gag didnt work so well in the format done, it would have to go back to the developers to be re-done etc. All in all, yes i have been constantly disappointed with the delays - however, i am confident it will be an awesome game because of their direct involvement.
  • Yep, I'll be picking this up on day 1. I hate turned based RPGs, but I can play it this once for the awesome story this game looks to have.
  • I can't wait for this!
  • Game looks really fun. I cant see them doing it but how awesome would it be if apart from the main story characters you could search around and find characters from SP episodes (like for example scuzzlebut) and when you found the you unlocked a page in a scrapbook with background info on that character. Their could even be a sub mission or clip when you found the character. But that would probably be too much work and only really be any good for the massive fans who want to know how they came up with the ideas etc.
  • @17 You never know... im pretty sure they did something like that with the scott tenorman game or maybe it was the tower defence one. And back story/lore isn't unheard of in most RPGs
