Capcom has declared that Double Helix's colourful Strider will be hitting XBLA and Xbox One in two weeks for digital download, announcing two new Challenge Modes and a variety of bonus content, alongside a selection of new screenshots.
The two new modes are the speed run racing of 'Beacon Run', in which players must hit checkpoints while carving through enemies as fast as possible, and Survival Mode, which puts players' combat skills to the test with various ability and item loadouts to sample against waves of increasingly difficult foes.
Strider will also include global online leaderboards across all modes, and an array of unlockable extra costumes that Strider Hiryu can sport in battle, giving you plenty of customisation options. You can see some of these in the new screens below. You'll find all of the images in the gallery.
Strider will be available to download in North America for $14.99 and across Europe on February 19th for €14.99/£11.99 on the Xbox Live Arcade for Xbox 360 and on Xbox One.
