Ha I got Urban Chaos:RR off eBay this past week for the PS2, gave the first level a spin and it plays pretty well even by todays standards. They wanted a gang leader alive so I circled around him with my shield out then tased him while he was reloading. He eventually caught fire and everyone got annoyed at my fuck up. The mission continued. Nice. That's a nice constant with Rocksteady's stuff that civil servants are seen as nice useful people whereas WB Montreal's Arkham was all "Corrupt cops everywhere! Trust no-one!"Thursday, February 06, 2014 @ 02:52 PM
its an animated spin off, bet you ; fuck all to do with Gamez.Thursday, February 06, 2014 @ 03:23 PM

I don't care what the IP is, I'm just interested in learning what Rocksteady has in the pipeline. Definitely one of the most talented studios currently working in the industry.Thursday, February 06, 2014 @ 04:33 PM
something new but as good as batman has been? good fighting mechanics imoThursday, February 06, 2014 @ 04:53 PM
Batman Arkham Knight. PS4 and Xbox One game. Coming this fall. You get to drive the Batmobile. That's all I know.Thursday, February 06, 2014 @ 05:01 PM
@11 Source?Thursday, February 06, 2014 @ 05:11 PM
@2 should've got origins anyway, i got an xbox one on launch but picked up origins the end of december and it was an awesome game! tbh, played origins more than my xbox one w/ all games combined at the time.Thursday, February 06, 2014 @ 05:18 PM
@12 The only source I have could relativly easily be traced back to me and could lead to negative consequences. Saying those couple of details is all I feel confortable saying. I know it sounds like utter bullshit, but time will tell. I'm sure an announcement will be coming soonish.Thursday, February 06, 2014 @ 05:26 PM
Green Arrow.Thursday, February 06, 2014 @ 05:37 PM
Weren't they rumoured to be working on a Superman game?Thursday, February 06, 2014 @ 05:41 PM
I would be fine with another Batman game, but having Rocksteady tackle other superheroes of DC would be a neat idea too. Whatever it is, I'm sure it will be good=)Thursday, February 06, 2014 @ 06:26 PM
I take it that no one is referring to the PS1 Urban Chaos from eidos... now that was a game!If there is a new Batman game I hope for no online mode!Thursday, February 06, 2014 @ 06:44 PM
Jesus not another batman game so soon. The arkham titles are great but i think arkham origins came too soon and there is no need for another yearly release of yet another great franchise..Thursday, February 06, 2014 @ 06:44 PM
Batman Arkham City Dev, uses Batman Arkham Origins thumbnail. ;) I look forward to hearing whatever Rocksteady has to say. Wonderful developers, and Urban Chaos wasn't that bad, either!Thursday, February 06, 2014 @ 07:54 PM
@15 Green Arrow would be effing sweet.Thursday, February 06, 2014 @ 08:09 PM
Kevin Conroy already confirmed that he's read the script and is returning for Batman 4, so it could be that.Thursday, February 06, 2014 @ 08:26 PM
@1 Oh do I remember playing urban chaos. I played that multiplayer so much, was number 1 on leader boards, my whole crew was in top ten. We could not be messed with on that game... The rag doll animations were Epic and funny it was a great game. Would love to see this again remade.Thursday, February 06, 2014 @ 10:36 PM

Wasn't there a rumor a while back (sometime after Arkham City) that they were doing something with the TMNT franchise? I could be wrong but I could swear I remember reading that...Thursday, February 06, 2014 @ 11:30 PM
well colour me intrigued, didn't realise rocksteady were behind urban chaos. wouldn't mind a remake. :)Thursday, February 06, 2014 @ 11:45 PM
@19 How was it too soon? AC released 2 years after AA. So was that too soon aswell?Friday, February 07, 2014 @ 12:06 AM
@20 - That's an Arkham City thumbnail. Batman had a different outfit in Arkham Origins. Also, you can tell by the fact there are balloons in the background. Those only appeared in Arkham City.Friday, February 07, 2014 @ 05:16 AM
@19 - Rocksteady didn't make Arkham Origins so it's been a while for them and we don't know if the new announcement even has anything to do with Batman at all.Friday, February 07, 2014 @ 08:35 AM
@29: He's talking about the news thumbnail on the main page.Saturday, February 08, 2014 @ 07:00 AM
No arkham city was finely released but not origins.Tuesday, March 04, 2014 @ 05:51 PM

Batman: Arkham Asylum and Arkham City developer Rocksteady Games could be preparing to reveal a new game next month, if a tweet from a Dutch games journalist are to be believed.
Jan Meijroos, a writer for IGN Benelux tweeted an image of Rocksteady's address plaque outside the studio earlier today, indicating that he was there to see something that the developer has been working on. The tweet has since been deleted, but was captured by NeoGAF.
"Holy sh*t Rocksteady?!", a Twitter user remarked, with another asking when Meijroos would be able to talk about the dev team's new project. "Over een klein maandje..." Meijroos replied. That means something is set to be revealed 'in around a month', according to the Twitter exchange.
There's no direct reference to Rocksteady's mystery game being a Batman: Arkham title, though rumours have been floating around that the studio has been working on a next-gen Batman since wrapping up Arkham City. Or it could be an entirely new IP. Or a new Urban Chaos... We can dream.
