Damn it
I wanted saints 2 or 3 and we got saints 4
I wanted fallout new Vegas and we got fallout 3

That's life . In total I got 8 games and I was very happy with 7 of them
I already deleted driver SF

today I will get 3 more . Oblivion will look weird after months of skyrim
I like tropico 3 so 4 is a buy

I think overlord 2 is a ok game . It has its moments of fun

Would buy tropico 4 but that price doesn't seem overly great to me. Was expecting line £2-5 oh well. I didn't get anything this entire sale. Not because there were no good deals. Because there were some. Just the good deals I already had :(

@13 Explain this to me.How can we feel so let down by sales with "bad" deals? We have these huge backlogs, but feel disappointment when there are little to no deals for us.

Sales on games we want is our fix. When we don't get that, it makes us want more.

Gaming as an addiction..What a problem to have huh?I'm sure i'll get 4 more games by the end of the sale at least.Been looking at Portal 2 for a while now.

So for this entire Week I got:
TWD Season 2 Ep 1
Dust: An Elysian Tale
and Dark Souls
($2.33 Leftover)

Kinda regret getting Dark Souls as I could have gotten Limbo and saved my money for when TWD Season 1 Ep 2-5+400 Days go on sale for $1 each.

@18 I think it's a wonderful game. For $2, you get tons of playtime from it.4 player online is lagy but still playable. It was quite fun though. You'll need 4 playthroughs to get each class to level 10.Playing online speeds that up greatly though.

Each class has a wide variety of weapons and armor/clothing to unlock.Of course your level has to be high enough to use certain items. You also get to unlock quite a few cool powers. In my opinion, the game is well worth it.

Recently purchased Saints Row 4 (retail) - wasn't as bad as I had heard but not really Saints Row per say either. Just wish they would have stuck with their original concept is all.

This will for sure get downvoted but these sales have been fuckin terrible! There was the odd game that was reasonable but the rest are ridiculous!! Everyone in the UK needs to compare with amazon more, i mean SRIV you can £9.93 plus £2 postage! thats a physical copy plus postage and its still cheaper than these prices!
i could go on with most retail games that have been in this sale but i wont because it comes down to people not having a brain.

@18, No, Daggerdale is a buggy, messy, ugly barrel of tripe. Horrible game.

I love Tropico, but £9.89 is too steep for that, especially considering Tropico 5 is due this year.
Also, Adventure Time is an abortion of a game, I wouldn't even recommend it if you were being paid £14.99 to play it. The only good thing to come from that game for me was the fact that I paid £17 for it, then got £22 in store trade value for it from GAME (they price matched CEX who were giving £21 in store credit at the time).

Edit: I bought Adventure Time from Asda for £17 and CEX still give £21 in store credit, so if you live anywhere that has an Asda, and CEX & Game in close proximity, it may be worth your doing this yourself, get yourself an extra £5 of value for nothing.

@4 Re-read "offering a final day of deals before the promotion ends on February 25th." No more deals.

I picked up Mortal Kombat the other day, Pool Nation too. Just about to buy Dirt 3 and still considering Driver SF. While I haven't purchased a lot I think these deals have been a lot better than the usual M$ sales and if I had more money I would have got more of the games. Still a way to go before it reaches Steam standards though.

I must be crazy but I was not interested in anything. Maybe because its the Ultimate Games sale but without the ultimate editions.lacking the dlc so youll end up paying full price when u complete, the games. Can get hard copies for most of these anyway same price if not cheaper.

If you liked Tropico 3, Tropico 4 is a great game. I didn't really understand 3 all that much at first, and ended playing 4 first, which was a lot more in-depth it seemed with the tutorials and stuff. It was a blast. Oblivion, of course, is amazing. Overlord 2 wasn't horrible, not quite like the first one(which was better in my opinion), but definitely worth a go for that price. Limbo is a really fun game and a steal at that price.

I only picked up Dust out of the whole sale lol, everything else I've either already played or have no interest in.

I tend to always have money on my Xbox account so whilst I might be able to get a hard copy for the same price of less the difference is I've already spent the money on my live account I can't get it back. The £3 I'm spending on Oblivion isn't coming directly out my pocket and now I can't trade it in or lend it to someone and not get it back.

I would also say that whilst I wouldn't pay £5 more for a digital copy of a game I would rather give the publishers and Devs of said game money than the likes of Game or one of the many corporate entities(music magpie and the likes) that sell their second hand wares on Amazon. That's just my pennies worth.

Nearly bought something every day. Yesterday was the only day I passed on.

I used to hate digital so much, but with the sales MS had last year and this year(plus free games), I started to love the convenience of digital games. Lets just say that i wouldnt be able to find a decent way to store my games if they were all disk lol.

The games I picked up are: portal 2, orange box, metal gear rising, payday 2, red dead, dust, guardians of ME, hell yeah, brothers, dirt 3 and more but I cant remember haha.

So yeah, this sale has been fantastic for me, so thanks MS and hopefully you do more sales like this.

I wanna pick up Tropico 4 but ive read the save file corrupts after a while, does anyone know if thats been fixed?

Finally picked up Limbo, been waiting for it to go super cheap for ages.

Also, I highly recommend Tropico 4, it's a blast and the best out of the lot. Although it might be worth looking into getting the Gold Edition of the game as that contains the Modern Times expansion which adds a fair few missions and new buildings/challenges - I really enjoyed it and with time easy game to get full GS on.

Never came across any save file corrupts personally and last time I played was around about this time last year, not one error and I seriously caned that game.

Man I'm so tired of hearing people b**ch about these deals. Yes, some of the newer games are cheaper on disk but a lot of awesome deals here like Orange Box, Dark Souls and other awesome games for $5. Oh, and lots under $5 like Puzzle Quest 2, Limbo and other games that rank in the 90% in ratings. Just so sick of people complaining about something MS doesn't have to do but I sincerely hope they keep these awesome sales up because it's worlds better than sales were most of the generation.
My final list would be Nights, Asura's Wrath, Dirt 3, Hell Yeah and Puzzle Quest 2. And that's pretty close to $20, pretty damn awesome in my book. Stop being so damn entitled.
