Kiefer Sutherland has let slip that his role as Punished Snake in Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain apparently won't be his only recent video game performance, revealing that he's also involved in an unannounced Mortal Kombat title.
Discussing his voice work in the upcoming Phantom Pain, Sutherland told IGN in an interview that his vocal performance for Mortal Kombat is seemingly already done and dusted. “I did , and that's such a huge game, but it’s so not like [MGS5]," he said.
Sutherland's been lending his vocal talents to MGS5 for the best part of a year, stating that his work on Mortal Kombat was over "pretty quickly compared to [MGS5].” He has yet to specify what role he's adopting in the gory fighter.
There's currently no official word on the Mortal Kombat game that Sutherland is referring to. We'll update as soon as Warner Bros. or NetherRealm issue an announcement.
