DICE has unveiled some rather moist new screenshots from Battlefield 4's upcoming Naval Strike DLC today, as well as some more details on the content you'll find crammed into the latest water-based expansion pack for the shooter's multiplayer.
Alongside the Carrier Assault game mode - a re-imagined take on Battlefield 2142's Titan Mode - you'll find new weapons, gadgets and vehicles, including the amphibious hovercraft, as well as four all-new maps in which to wreak aquatic havoc.
Battlefield 4 Naval Strike's maps include the crashed passenger plane and tropical fishing villages of 'Lost Islands'; the naval base, shipping docks and rocky shores of 'Wave Breaker', in which you can also drop a submarine on enemies; the stormy ocean stretches of 'Nansha Strike'; and the abandoned cliffside resort of Operation Mortar with its "breathtaking vistas".
You'll be able to download Battlefield 4 Naval Strike with a Premium subscription in late March, whereas regular non-Premium scum (I include myself in this group) will have to wait an additional two weeks. Check out the four new Naval Strike screens below.
