BioWare is going to extra lengths to ensure that Dragon Age: Inquisition is the game that Dragon Age II could have been. That means harking back to the strategic elements that were all-pervasive in Dragon Age: Origins’ combat and ensuring that there’s a huge open world to explore.
On top of all that, there’ll be layers of addition content, like spreading your influence throughout Thedas as the leader of the inquisition. You’ll also be able to preserve your decisions from the first two games online through The Keep website.
For info on all of that and so much more (including unicorns!) watch out interview with producer Cameron Lee. He talks about a more expansive and varied story, the impact of choice and consequence and the nature of the game’s open world.
Dragon Age: Inquisition is out November 18th in North America and November 21st in Europe. You can get our latest preview here.
