EA Sports has today revealed a raft of new details for FIFA 15, showcasing the game's partnership with the Barclays Premier League, which has been extended until the 2018/2019 season. As a result, the game will benefit from facial scans of over 200 players to create new digital models, all 20 club stadiums, a new broadcast package and array of other additions.
The Premier League's Goal Decision System will also make its way into FIFA 15, with TV broadcast-style replay animations showing close-call decisions, leaving no question as to whether the ball crossed the goal line or not. TV broadcast graphics will also be integrated throughout Premier League matches in FIFA 15, adding to the game's authenticity. Commentary and stadium ambience will also be authentic, with each of the 20 Premier League stadiums enjoying their own unique whistles, chants and reactions to goals, misses and other events on the pitch.
More than 200 new player heads have been scanned into the game using the latest 3D scanning tech, meaning the Premier League's biggest players will have their accurate likenesses represented in the game. You'll find images of each of the 20 stadiums and 12 side-by-side shots of player head scans in the gallery. We've embedded a few examples below to give you an idea of what to expect when FIFA 15 launches on September 23rd in North America and September 26th in Europe. There's a trailer too.
