Ubisoft has released a trailer showing off Assassin’s Creed: Unity co-op. It comes following the gameplay vid released recently, which showed a co-op Heist mission.

“Check out the first Assassin's Creed Unity Coop Gameplay trailer,” says the blurb. “Assassins fight side by side against terror and chaos. Even when the enemies are strong and you feel outnumbered, your brothers will always have your back.”

Have a look at the vid below. Assassin's Creed: Unity is out on October 28th, 2014 worldwide. You can read our latest preview here.

  • Stupid trailer. The assassins are getting sliced in the face and stabbed in the chest, but get back up as if to say, "Fuck that. I'm good."
  • Ah the old Ubisoft trailer carpet bomb technique is back in full force. FFS.
  • lol @1 Im done with this series. I hope everyone that gets it has fun with it, but this cow has been milked more than enough for my liking. Adding co-op doesnt really get me interested in a game ive already played 6 times.
  • @3, I'm with you, dude. I had fun with the first two, and even Brotherhood and Revelations…but after that…I've been done with the series. I've grown tired of them.
  • Customisation looks sweet. Gimme!
  • As much as I love AC, the best part of that trailer was the song...
  • "Have a look at the vid below. Assassin's Creed: Unity is out on October 28th, 2014 worldwide. You can read our latest preview here." This is part of the article. A previous article stated that the game is getting release NOV 11, and the release bubble next to the game on this site says NOV 11. Recommendation to the site is to edit the article so the date is correct. @3 and 4. What about call of duty? That game has been over since WAW and they are still making them and in my opinion having no changes what so ever. This series tries to add new elements to keep people playing. And to me it is like star wars. No matter how many movies or games get release and am still getting them. Because Black flag, in my opinion is the 2nd best game of the series. The first one was still the best though. And they finally took out the multiplayer mode, thank you, this is mainly a single player game. But since the game Brotherhood, Co-op has always been an option. I am surprised it finally took them this long to do it
  • @7, same thing with Call of Duty, really, I've grown tired of them. Change or no change...Modern Warfare, WaW, and Modern Warfare 2 were fun but after that I was done.
  • Thanks for bringing up an unrelated franchise.
  • Not paying full price ever again. This will be $20 a mont after release....Just like Rouge.
  • Also a Lime green assassin??? Wow....
  • @11 lmao that's pretty funny. Thought it was one of those hipster kids at the local mall.
  • The moves of the assassins seems a little exagerate like they were some sort of ninjas. I hope improvements are planified.
  • The assassin creed games have always looked great so I don't see a big difference visually. I am going to assume the 4 player co-op was the next gen upgrade. You know, since 4 player co-op has never been done before on the 360. *cough* Halo *cough*
  • @6 - Haha that's what I thought. Liked that track. :) I have to say I do not like the English accents in a French game one bit. :/
  • I've played all the games so far and have to say that the first couple were good, got stale with brotherhood and revelations but then 3 and 4 re-piqued my interest. I have never liked the MP in them as I have never thought it was needed. I will say that after however many iterations of this game we have seen (Unity will be 8 I believe) they still can't get the sword on the belt to stop disappearing through clothing and buildings etc?! I know it's a small niggle but every time you see the sword swing through the tail of your characters coat/cloak it ruins it for me.
  • This doesn't look half as good as black flag. ACIII was shocking and so boring, french revolution does not interest me at all. On the call of duty note the last great game was modern warfare 2. Since then they have got progressively worse leading up to the garbage that is ghosts. Advanced warfare will be the first call of duty I've not pre ordered.
