Microsoft has announced that the Forza Hub is now available to download for free on Xbox One, offering an all-in-one app for all things Forza-related. The release of Forza Hub obviously coincides with the launch of Forza Horizon 2 on Xbox One and Xbox 360 this week.

Forza Hub includes Forza news, community announcements, and monthly Forza Rewards for you to redeem. Launch events for both Forza Motorsport 5 and Forza Horizon 2 are covered in the Forza Hub app too. Here's a rundown of the Forza Hub, as per the Xbox News Wire:

Welcome to Forza Hub - Each time you log in to Forza Hub, the first screen you see will be the Welcome section. This is where you’ll find the latest happenings in the Forza world – from new contest announcements to details on the latest DLC releases and much more. In addition to the news, the Welcome Screen will also let you know whether or not you have new Forza Rewards to redeem, which you can redeem directly from within Forza Hub.

My Forza - Access the My Forza section of Forza Hub to check out eligible Rewards across all participating Forza games. In the My Forza section, you ‘ll see your current Forza Score and Forza Tier Level (which you can expand for more detail), the nearest achievement you can complete in any Forza game, as well as the details on which Forza Rewards you can currently redeem. If you’ve already redeemed this month’s rewards, My Forza will also tell you when you’ll next be able to redeem new Forza Rewards.

If you’re looking for tips on how to add to your Forza Score and increase your Forza Tier Level (and thus be eligible for better monthly Forza Rewards), we’ve got you covered. With just a click, you can get tips on the quickest way to increase your score across any and all participating Forza games. In addition, you can also see how you stack up against you friends by using the “Friends Compare” feature on the “My Forza” page.

News and Events - Forza Hub delivers your community-related content in a big way. Head over to the “News & Events” section for the latest custom Forza content, delivered directly from the Forza Community Team. Check out our long-running weekly columns like “Heavy Metal Affliction” and “Rear View Mirror” or get caught up with everything happening in the Forza universe with our weekly wrap, the “Week in Review.” Community spotlights, up-to-the-minute news flashes, if it’s new in Forza you can find it here.

Forza Hub is a new way to stay connected to the world of Forza on your Xbox One. In addition to being the best place to check your Forza Rewards status and redeem your rewards, we’ll be updating the app on a regular basis with content and news from the world of Forza.

You can download the Forza Hub for free on Xbox One now. Forza Horizon 2 is also out this week on Xbox One and Xbox 360. You can get our Forza Horizon 2 review here.

  • I forget to claim my rewards every month becuase I don't always play Forza so hopefully with an Xbox app I can remember. Extra CR always welcome.
  • Thanks for the heads up. Just added it to my queue using the Smart Glass app.
  • wish there was a companion app for horizon or forza...possibly in the future?
  • This is cool. But eventually, in a year or so, it's going to be real sad opening the hub and the latest news is some new dlc that came out a year ago.
  • This is cool if they keep releasing a new forza game every year. Only problem is a bought Forza 5 on disc so unless i leave it in at all times I can't really use this as a hub to launch either game after checking my rewards progress
  • Just received 1,5 million CR in Horizon 2 for being a tier 6 player. Woohoo! Broke the whole in-game economy since I can already afford 95% of all cars after just four races.
  • Forza rewards is shit, I redeemed tons of rewards and everytime they appeared in Forza 4 it wont let me download them.
  • @7 Got the same problem redeemed the 1.5mil for forza 5 never even got the in game message to redeem the credits I even checked and make sure I used same account dunno what happened
  • Nice. I've been trying to remember to do this during down time at work...but don't always remember.
