Ultra Street Fighter IV's free Omega Edition update will be bringing with it a whole host of new bits and bobs to Capcom's ever-evolving fighting game, with Omega Edition versions of all 44 characters, which includes the return of Street Fighter III: Third Strike's parry system.
Omega Edition will include a new Hanagashi move for Ryu, enabling him to parry moves in an SF III stylee, following up with another move by expending a cell of his EX meter. Chun-Li gets her Houyuku-Sen move from SF III too, using up two bars of EX meter for a multi-hit move. She also gets the Hakkei move to nullify projectiles.
Ken's Shippu Jinraikyaku and Reppu Hadoken will also be new to the game, alongside new moves for E. Honda, Guile, Zangief, Blanka and Dhalsim. You can get more specifics over at Capcom-Unity. Ultra Street Fighter IV's Omega Edition update will be available for free in the near future, bringing the number of selectable character editions to six.
