2K Games and Turtle Rock Studios have announced that Evolve's Open Beta will be hitting Xbox One on January 15th, 2015, almost a month ahead of the game's launch in February. It'll run for four days as a stress test for the game's multiplayer servers.

From January 17th, players will be able to play the game's Evacuation mode too, giving you five consecutive rounds to play through, with each round's mode determined by player votes. Evolve will feature Hunt, Rescue, Nest and Defend modes.

There'll also be a solo experience in the full game (trailer below), which won't be available in the Evolve Open Beta. The Evolve Open Beta will kick off on Xbox One from January 15th-January 19th, with all monster and hunter characters unlocked during the beta period carrying over when Evolve releases on February 10th, 2015.
