LOL! This won't sell that well, considering the Xbox One made most it's sales after the bundle without the kinect came out. I used to have a kinect, but sold it, not enough games that require it and isn't that great regardless...But cheers to anyone who still has their kinect and plans to play this...Saturday, February 28, 2015 @ 01:40 AM
Ummm... did anyone notice the cute girl wielding a sword? She makes me wish I was 15 again - or that she was 30, and I was single and dating! I never played Fruit Ninja Kinect on the 360, but I did try it on my Microsoft Surface Pro 2 tablet... and it seemed to play fairly well. Is it hard to play with Kinect? I almost tore my rotator cuff with the Star Wars Kinect game... so fast-swinging Kinect games worry me (I'd rather skip achievements instead of going to the hospital)!Saturday, February 28, 2015 @ 05:05 AM
awesome news :D I really enjoyed the first one in 360 with family and friends. Then we all get sore hands in the next day XDSaturday, February 28, 2015 @ 06:00 PM
@21 I have a half torn rotator cuff, and was able to play it on the 360. I didn't go crazy with it or anything, but I could only do about 4 or 5 rounds before I had to shut myself down. Still enjoyed it though!Sunday, March 01, 2015 @ 02:22 AM
#5, what's it feel like to be so thoroughly destroyed?Sunday, March 01, 2015 @ 04:24 AM
@5 @9: Maybe I'll do it in my Assassin's Order jacket with my daughter to just be cool. Also, you're kind of a tool, Gonin.Sunday, March 01, 2015 @ 10:44 PM
@#8: Thanks for encouraging me! I just added one more down vote for you! So epic! And awesome!

Halfbrick has confirmed that the sequel to its motion-controlled melon-chopping arcade game, Fruit Ninja Kinect, is coming to Xbox One on March 18th, 2015.
The game, developed by Canada's Hibernium Creations, will include five new game modes, four-person multiplayer, a new progression system, and an expanded line-up of characters.
"Each mode takes place at the Blueberry Moon festival, and is presented by one of the new Fruit Ninja team members – Katsuro, Mari, Han and Nobu," says Halfbrick. "Players can dodge shurikens, hack through a forest of bamboo, and avoid spotlights to become true masters of stealth."
"Brand new multiplayer modes allow up to four players to jump in on the action, with Battle and Party modes providing the perfect proving ground for seasoned competitors. A new progression system is also present, allowing players to earn blades, dojos and belts as challenges are completed."
Halfbrick isn't afraid of slavering on the hype. "This is the most satisfying, complete, and accessible party game ever created," reckons the studios' chief executive Shainiel Deo.
We'll be able to judge for ourselves in a couple of weeks. Fruit Ninja Kinect 2 will cost $14,99 USD on the Xbox Games Store. You can watch the live action announcement trailer below.
