2K Games has started teasing what appears to be a new sci-fi game set in a dystopian future, called 'Advent'. Launching teaser site 'AdventFuture.org', there are a few nuggets to be gleaned about the project in pieces of concept art and text.
"The ADVENT Administration strives to create a world free from hunger, pain, sickness, and war. We believe in a global community of happy and comfortable citizens. The ADVENT is lying to you," reads the main text at the top of the website's page, pointing to a shady corporation at the heart of the game, spreading propaganda to the masses.
There's stuff in there about building better cities for the populous, DNA splicing and millions of people going missing. It sounds like pretty juicy stuff for a sci-fi game. Unfortunately, there are currently no further details on what Advent is.
You can visit the website here, and try and piece together more clues. For now though, we don't really know what Advent is, what platforms it's coming to, or whether it's really called Advent. Expect to see more at E3 in a few weeks.
