Resident Evil 5 Multiplayer Mode Delayed

Capcom recently announced that their upcoming multiplayer mode for Resident Evil 5 will now be pushed back into next month.
The Japanese press release stated that the release would no longer be March 26th but instead would now be April 9th (same as the Mythic Map Pack in case you wondered) so that they can iron out a few issues.
The 400 point addition has touched a few nerves throughout the digital world with people believing it was a deliberate money making tactic releasing content so close to the game's launch when it surely should have been sold with the boxed content.
The upcoming DLC will contain two modes; Slayer which is reminiscent of a versus Mercenaries mode, and Survivor which pits gamers against each other in a shootout to the death.
Whether the April 9th release date will be the same for the rest of the world rather than just Japan remains to be seen, but either way, the DLC is a good few weeks off.
