These guys have their heads up their asses. Didn't they read a single review? Everyone I know (including myself) thought the single player campaign was stale and the stupid collect-a-thon achievements made it 10 times worse.

Why not make the DLC for multiplayer? New maps, maybe some vehicles, and of course achievements. I'm a beast at the multiplayer too so I would probably have an extra 250 by the end of the first few days.

NOT BUYING THIS. LEARN HOW TO RESEARCH, VOLITION.

@17

You know you don't have to get the collection achievements. Just because your an achievement whore doesn't mean the game is 10x worse because of a couple achievements...And anyone can be "beast" if they just sit on roofs sniping people.

#17, No one cares how much of a "beast" you are. Campaign is very addicting, shooting the wing off an EDF Flyer and watching it crash down into a building never gets old. Quit crying and leave.

Should of been part of the orignal game, I'm tired if paying dlc for everything that comes out. If this is the case I'm just going to wait until.

a. The game of the year edition comes out if its that good.

B. Wait till the dlc is cheeper.

C. Not buy the game.

I can't afford anymore dlc for games I thought I completed, I guess 60 bucks isn't enough.

This DLC is great even though I can't get it. I always like DLCs which make you play as other guys in the game.

Love how some people think that any SP DLC should've been in the retail.

Any who, I would love to play it but 800 is too much. Make it 400 and I'd have it bought already.

I also agree that DLC is getting out of hand.People that justify endless DLC need to give me their money because they obviously have enough already. If the standard edition Fallout 3 would`ve been over $150 when it released how many people would`ve bought it? Yet,less than a year later...5 DLC add ons + the price of the game and you`re at $160(if all purchased separately when new)

#17 - you are the first I've heard have a con word to say about the singleplayer, and shitty MP map packs are so prevalent, most of us are happy to see some campaign DLC.

i personally have only tried the game briefly on PS3, but freaking loved it and can't wait to play it through.

and whatever credence you place in your reviews, they're just one f-ing person's opinion. kind of like people would've thought the game was shit if they listened to you.

aggregate reviews are by far the best, i.e. the User Score on this site, Member Rating on GameFly (on which the game is one of the highest-reviewed shooters).

@27 ok so what your saying is, you would pay 110 bucks for a normal game such as fallout 3. And I'm not talking about any special edition package just the normal game itself? I think not.

Seriously I'm a sucker for this. I play the game paid 60 bucks for it took me 65 hours to finish the full 1000, 5 dlc took me 20 total for 50 bucks of my money... bullshit. But since I wanted the full achievements I bought them all, but that's where it ends. No more dlc!!!!

Its a gimick to make more money which I understand but seriously, they plan this out for a reason, its not like they go " oh shit we should do this too the game man we messed up, but oh wait we can add a dlc". Seriously if this was the age no online gaming non of this shit would be going on.

@27-I was thinking that some of the Fallout DLC was more than 800 points? A game like Fallout isn`t that bad to have DLC for though, being such a massive campaign to begin with.My major concerns are the way DLC is heading...games get released with a 6 hr campaign for $60,then 3-5 times over the first year add "deleted" content as DLC for $10-$20 a pop.Why even "delete" content to begin with? Finish your game...the WHOLE damn game before releasing it!!

#17, get your head out of your gamerscore-whoring ass. The game doesn't automatically become 10 times worse as soon as you spot a collection achievement...

Play the game for the story and fun, not achievements. And if you're so "beast", why are you whining about the collectibles? Surely you would have found them by now.

I did, without having to re-look in any places.
