Continuing our ongoing coverage of EA's Winter Showcase in London earlier on in the month, today we look at our chat with EA Sports MMA Designer, Rocky Rivero.

The topic of conversation includes what they plan to add to the genre, how they are going about developing this new franchise and what the design team thought of Dana White's threats and accusations.

Check back later on to hear our initial impressions of the title, due next year.

gotta remember that undisputed was the first UFC game. EA can look at the faults and go from there, this may be better than 2009 but i highly doubt this will hold a candle to the 2010 UFC game, whenever it comes out...

Not true. THQ has been recycling the WWE games for years now with very little innovation from title to title.

"they have done great things for the sport, the UFC has, but were ready to do things worldwide for the sport". I really don't think EA Sports MMA can do more for the sport of MMA worldwide than the UFC does and can do.

I love DICE and Criterion and alot of other EA studios but I hate EA Sports. $60 each for Tiger Woods, Madden, NHL, NBA every year and what do you get? Updated rosters, nothing really new, its not like the stadiums, arenas, and courses change alot, nor do the uniforms or player models. Its a complete rip-off imo.

Just makes me continue to think EA is only in every franchise they are in to make money, not to make amazing games for their fans.
