This is one DLC I will not be getting......the game suxMonday, December 21, 2009 @ 11:29 AM
lol, more DLC for one of the worst shooters this year. Codemasters are an embarassment to the UK. I feel ashamed.Monday, December 21, 2009 @ 11:37 AM
Codemasters is not an embarrasment!.. Every Game Corp makes a bad game here and there. Look at UBISOFT. Ac2 WOW I LOVE IT! Avatar ummmm Yah! They made a good effort on this game so its not the best shooter, But they have other games that makes codemasters one of my favs still Dirt series Grid..Monday, December 21, 2009 @ 11:40 AM
Dude Codemasters aren't a big disgrace they made GRID which is pretty much my favourite racing game ever IMO and DIRT 2 is pretty sweet, But yea Operation Flashpoint isn't that good at allMonday, December 21, 2009 @ 11:40 AM
Are we ever gonna get any achievements from Codemasters for this .... needs some moreMonday, December 21, 2009 @ 12:01 PM
this game has a nice concept but the developers fucked things up. not interested at all. and btw code masters isn't shit but they are making shit games these days.Monday, December 21, 2009 @ 12:03 PM
the game is good but the mulitplayer is DEAD, so these maps are pointlessMonday, December 21, 2009 @ 12:11 PM
I still need to pick up the first DLC, loved the game, but not the way there was no free roam so it was pointless having giant mapsize, except on a computer of course :@Monday, December 21, 2009 @ 12:39 PM
@11 - the first DLC pack had free roam at day and night. You get helis etc to go and fly off round the island onMonday, December 21, 2009 @ 01:58 PM
I 1000 this game first week it was out, traded it soon as. It was a ball ache to finish and i aint goin back to it just for some poxy maps as i tried the multiplayer and i couldnt even get a game it just kept saying no game available, this died as soon as COD MW2 came out..........Monday, December 21, 2009 @ 02:09 PM

op flashpoint was a massive let down and i will not be buying the dlc as i sold the game! glad i did b4 they dropped the price of this game to 15 quid shows how bad the game was was looking forward to this game for years but jeeze what i massive let down!Monday, December 21, 2009 @ 10:27 PM
meh, average game that i've already traded, will have to passTuesday, December 22, 2009 @ 07:03 AM
This game was definitely a letdown in many ways. I still have it sitting on my shelf collecting dust. I don't care what kind of DLC they put our for this, it's just not worth the money. I really should sell this waste of space.Tuesday, December 22, 2009 @ 07:46 AM
stop making dlc for a dead game..instead put the time into another game that can actually compete against modern warfare 2Tuesday, December 22, 2009 @ 08:25 AM
i remember that Codemaster said that they NEVER was going to charge you from DLC and what are they doing got when it came out but oly played it for 10min im not the realistick shoot lover im more to casualTuesday, December 22, 2009 @ 01:46 PM
This is actually a really good game, it's just that it takes more skill than most FPS so most CoD players probably just couldn't handle getting used to that. Things like having to actually use the range finder on your scope to elevate your rifle above targets heads to make the bullet arc down on them and such were awesome. I got to the point where I could judge distances and use the rangefinders on the scope properly and take down multiple enemies in a row from distance with one shot. It just requires more skill and getting used to than the likes of CoD is all, an awesome game when you get the hang of that.Wednesday, December 23, 2009 @ 07:24 AM
@#6 WTF are you saying about AC2!?! u must have smoked some bunk shit, or ur just a hater. lol either way ur dumb. AC2 GOTY for sure!

Codemasters today sent word that their second downloadable content pack for Operation Flashpoint: Dragon Rising is now available on the Xbox Live Marketplace.
The "Overwatch" DLC pack offers two "game-changing" multiplayer modes, as well as two all new Fire Team Engagement missions.
The two new multiplayer modes include; Blindside, where the PLA must complete certain objectives in the quickest time possible whilst the USMC defends them; and the Supremacy game mode, which "tasks opposing forces to occupy strategically vital positions featuring force multipliers like gun emplacements and air strikes."
The two FTE missions include; Friendly Fire, where the PLA forces will have to stop the USMC forces from inserting into the combat zone, tasking them to remove the threat and defend their position from a counter attack; and Hostile Takeover where the USMC forces have to flush out the PLA from the village of Armudan and then hold the perimeter against an enemy assault.
The Overwatch DLC pack is now available on the Xbox Live Marketplace for 400 Microsoft points. Incidentally, it will be free on PC "soon"... Just saying! Head to the gallery for the 3 new screens and check out the DLC pack trailer below.
