Section 8 ''Seek and Destroy'' Map Pack Available Now

In the "oops, we missed this entirely" category, filed right next to the "because no one still plays this game" category, the "Seek and Destroy" map pack for Section 8 dropped a few days ago on the marketplace for 560 MSP. So if you'd like to pick up the extra achievements included, feel free to click here and add it to your download queue. Or just continue doing what you were doing and pretend this never happened. Probably a smarter move.

"The Seek and Destroy Map Pack expands the Section 8 experience with three new maps for the Multiplayer and Instant Action game modes. Players fight for control of a geothermal energy plant on the salt flats of New Madrid in “Devil’s Backbone” and battle in the narrow confines of a hazardous valley on the planet Titan in “Hornet’s Nest.” “Azure Basin” is set high atop a mountain plateau where a massive hydroelectric dam sits astride the map, with combat ranging both inside and outside of the facility."

Too bad this game has fallen by the way-side. It was fun, but its day has passed. Besides, next week is Mass Effect 2!

I do enjoy this game and won't buy the map pack just yet. Maybe this spring I'll get it.

Good for anyone who still plays this game, but how many is that? This is a prime example of why its nice to have DLC 1-2 months after the games launch and not 6 months later. Plus its nice to be able to trade the games in when they are worth something instead of $4.

Got this yesterday for PC, the achievements suck.
160 points in total for campaign?

Haha, it is a good game, but how the Hell did the achievements get a rating of 50 in the review?

Its not a bad game. A lot of the achievements can be done in Instant Action versus bots.

Yes. It can be fun. "Dropping" into levels is awesome but could be done much better.
