Midway Games Delisted from Xbox Live Arcade

In the midst of all their financial troubles in 2009 (filing for bankruptcy, selling all their assets and studios, etc.), it may not have occured to Midway that their licensing agreement with Microsoft to continue publishing their Xbox Live Arcade titles would fail to exist once the company itself was purchased and renamed by Warner Brothers.
Officially, the switch happened a while ago, and to be honest, I'm not sure when the games were actually delisted. It must have been recent as I've not seen word on it before tonight when an eagle-eyed forum member posted that all of the company's arcade titles have been removed from the marketplace. Without a word. Gee, thanks for the heads up, guys!
The removed games are as follows:
- Cyberball 2072
- Robotron 2084
- Root Beer Tapper
- Smash TV
- Ultimate Mortal Kombat 3
If you have previously purchased any of these games, you should still be able to access them through your Download History. Be sure to click "Continue" once they are downloaded and not "Play Now" to save the game fully to your hard drive before playing them. The online servers should still be in tact (if you can access the game still), as those are hosted on Microsoft's end.
If not, you're out of luck as these are gone forever. Not a good day for achievements becoming unachievable, is it?
