We're not entirely sure how we missed this piece of news from last week, but we're assuming that there's a hole in the massive X360A news trawling net, probably made by one of those giant internet dolphins that sometimes get caught in there.
Action RPG, Torchlight is heading to consoles, according to developer Runic Games', Max Schaefer. Speaking to Joystiq, Schaefer revealed that Runic is in talks with Microsoft to try and get the game ready for release on XBLA in time for the holiday season.
For those of you shrugging your shoulders right now, Torchlight is a dungeon trawler chock-full of looting and has been compared to the dungeon-crawling daddy itself, Diablo. The PC version sold 750,000 copies and would have sold more had piracy not reportedly taken a hefty chunk of the sales.
So, keep an eye out for Torchlight in the run up to Christmas, when hopefully it should be making its way to the Xbox Live Marketplace.
