Microsoft's final Kinect game announced during its Tokyo Games Show keynote, is a comeback for Steel Battalion. Set in Manhattan 2082, Steel Battalion: Heavy Armour is a core Kinect title that is being developed by From Software and will be published by Capcom.
As such, Keiji Inafune confirmed the Kinect-exclusive game stating that, "The announcement of Steel Battalion: Heavy Armour is further testament to Capcom’s commitment to produce innovative titles that take advantage of the latest technology."
Assuming control of a 'Vertical Tank' (VT), Steel Battalion: Heavy Armour will use Kinect's 3D tracking to detect your joints and movements as you blast through swathes of enemies.
Steel Battalion: Heavy Armour is Capcom's first Kinect title, but the best news has to be that you'll finally be able to play the game without fifty-million buttons. Check out the trailer.
