Turning Point Heads to London After New York

Turning Point: Fall of Liberty hits our 360's very soon now. Most of us are taking to the streets of New York in the demo as we speak now but not many people actually knew that the battle goes much further than that. After you have battled the evil Nazi army there, you will head across the Atlantic to battle in the capital of England.

When in London, you'll be battling round such landmarks as the Tower Bridge as you try to take down the Nazi mothership. The fog effects around the Tower Bridge do look very atmospheric, I encourage you to check out the full preview below.

  • You can't defeat the Nazi's without the English ;)
  • Is this another wwII game??? Personally im sick of shooting nazis....
  • at least their changing the scene from normandy and north africa
  • I think this is a modern game with the idea that the Nazi's win WWII. Seems interesting, though. However after playing Call of Duty 4 I think I've been spoiled graphically. (Even though I don't care all that much, now I have something to compare it to.)
  • technically it is a wwII shooter game but gameInformer said it take place in an alternate reality were the president at the time dies and Europe didnt do much to stop the nazi's from advancing. your supposed to be able to use weapons that were considered "Nazi prototype weapons" that werent released yet
  • hmmm....those ships look massive...wouldnt mind seeing them blow lol
  • Yay, come on London!
  • The game is based in 1953, and Nyro was right. The Nazis one basically. Click on Overview at the top and scroll down, and you'll see more news articles on the game.
  • cool, guess they did this so it will sell well both sides of the pond :P
  • Can't wait for this game. This is a very good-sounding story for a movie.
  • Just played the demo and was impressed! Some bugs but I'm sure they'll fixed. Nice spin on the WW2 story.
  • And the demo states that Churchill did not survive a knock-down by a taxi in 1935(?) and therefore the British forces were not lead by a great force such as him and the Nazi's eventually won, moving on to America.
  • The president at the time? No the story is what would've happened if Churchill died from getting hit by a car. Game doesn't look all that good, played the demo and didn't think very much of it tbh.
  • Franklin D. Roosevelt had a degenerative form of polio, all it is saying is that FDR also died of polio before World War II. He was always a strong supporter of the Allied powers, he just needed a reason to go to war. When the Japanese attacked Pearl Harbor, he had it. Would another man who was perhaps more isolationist gone to war in Europe? I think that's what this is implying.
  • god damn enough with the wwII games its FUCKING DEAD!!!!!!
  • SOOOO COOL! Fighting through London Bridge and The Tower of London! SWEET. I was there in October and got to actually go through the Tower, so it will be VERY cool to play a game based on a place I've been. Really looking forward to this!!
  • Demo played really poorly for me. I was looking forward to this, but if it doesn't change from the demo...then looks like it's a pass.
  • OI! This game looks great! Can't wait
  • This sounds quite cool!
  • Sounds like Resistance: Fall of Man again. Somehow when the Americans are taking back Europe the first place they go is England... Strategically stupid if the enemy is in Scotland and Ireland as well. Common sense would dictate taking those countries back first. (Although in Resistance it looked like the baddies only got as far as the English/Scottish border.)
  • who cares if they go to london or new york we know that they can replicate any city they want in a video game the real question is does it add anything to the game to go their
