In Shaun White Skateboarding's single-player, you can tear up the streets to create impromptu ramps and rails, and transform the environment around you as you skate along popping tricks.

It looks like multiplayer will be following suit, with friends able to skate alongside you in a massive skater's paradise, where you can summon grinds out of thin air and have half pipes erupting from the tarmac.

So, start off with nothng but a flat urban cityscape and turn it into your own skating nirvana when the game ships on 28th October, 2010. Check out the multiplayer trailer to get a first look at multiplayer.

  • ubisoft really..lokks very childish
  • Wow that was embarrassing.
  • looks like the early style of graphics tony hawk games had
  • if any of my friends get this i will disown them...
  • Not looking good, don't think I will be investing.
  • If it's not Skate its shit seems to be the mentality of most people. I'm sure these are the same people who love Cod and Halo, despite being the same game for years.
  • Looks alright to me
  • Brb. I cant stop laughing at how bad this game looks..
  • Hmmmmmmmmmmmmm i'm tempted to treat myself to this game new... I never usually buy new games. I do not think I own a game from 2010 yet.
  • Only one good thing I saw from that and it's so minor nobody will even care. When you do flip tricks on ramps you flick the board differently than on the floor (up in to your hands) so the skater grabs the board and then sticks it under their feet. Skate and Tony Hawk's doesn't do that but looks like this game will.
  • @10 skate 3 does its called finger flipping, this game looks shit
  • Poor visuals, Poor gameplay, Poor concept. Will I still play it? Hell yes! I'm a huge fan of Skateboarding and I will give this game a try. I never know it may actually be fun. The Skate series changed the game, but they didn't invent it. I love THPS 1-4, I love Grind Session, Street Sk8ter 1-2, I love Thrasher Skate and Destroy, I love Mtv Skateboarding. I still play those games even though they have crappy visuals, some have bad gameplay, but I am such a fan that I don't care. Screw Tony Hawk Proving Grounds, Ride, Shred, and whatever else they are going to keep making. Skate 1-3 are great, I'm not getting my hopes up for this, but it will be worth trying at least. I can respect everyone when it comes to their opinion because even I thought this game was a joke. Until I realized that it's not crap until I play it.
  • oh wow. childish indeed. sup blockbuster.
  • It look so horrible..
  • if that creating mode is their biggest feature, it´s not even that original. well anyway, I am over these arcade skateboarding games. for me, nothing will beat skate in a while, no tonys and no shauns.
