Red Dead Redemption
Red Dead Redemption Undead Nightmare Standalone Disc Dated
Written By
View author's profile

Have you yet to purchase Red Dead Redemption? Do you have no internet connection? If so, then first of all how are you reading this and second of all Undead Nightmare Collection on disc might be right up your street. Following the example set by Episodes from Liberty City for GTA IV, Undead Nightmare Collection is a DLC bundle on standalone disc, which doesn't require a copy of Red Dead Redemption to play.

Legends & Killers, Liars & Cheats and Undead Nightmare will all be on the disc, as well as the free Outlaws to the End co-op mission pack. That's a fair amount of content for £24.99, and perhaps well worth investing in if you've yet to be swayed by Red Dead Redemption's many charms.

Undead Nightmare Collection will be released on disc on November 23rd in North America and November 26th in the UK and Europe. Undead Nightmare meanwhile, is now available on the Xbox Live Marketplace for 800 Microsoft Points. Check out our review if you haven't already.

Very nicely priced and very worth it if you haven't grabbed any of the DLC yet.

If I played the game and then pop in this disc will all of my stats carry over?? Just curious as I would not want to start over^^ Also, isn't this bundle cheaper on marketplace or is it same cost?

@ 4- Most likely it will ask for your HDD info (save slots) and then transfer them over. I sincerely doubt they would give you this and force you to start from square one. Rockstar delivers quality goods at decent prices.

Might be interested in this. I still need to buy Red Dead Redemption, but the advantage of a disc for me would be that it would allow multiple gamertags to have acces to the content, instead of just the gamertag I download the DLC bundle with.

@2. Take a month holiday from lovefilm and buy the entire collection for 1600msp. That way you will always have it, You can go back to lovefilm when the month is over.

Waste renting this. You need to own it.

Just bought this, but I have a question. Say I complete the main missions, will the DLC just end? Or will I get to roam the land and kill zombies and stuff.

To Gerowniko if you download it all your profiles should have access, that will ownly change if you transfer your hard drive to a different console i,e, if you get ring of death, even then though once every 12 months you can transfer all you content licences from one console to another from the 360 website re-allowing access for all profiles, I did it when my old Elite developed an E74 error.

I take it this will work in the same way as Episodes From Liberty City in that all the achievements earned will appear under RDR.

Haven't even bought the game yet.

When they decide to put all the DLC and the game itself together like they did with GTA IV recently then I'll make a purchase, until then, release more DLC.

:)

Yeah, I picked that up. You basically get one pack for free, since they're all 800.

£24.99?! 1600 MS points costs alot less than that for the lot. I can live without paying £8 or so for a fancy box!

@#16 Are you sure? I think it depends on the DLC, I know the 'All Fronts Collection' for Gears of War 2 works on every profile, while Mass Effect DLC does not.

All of the DLCs, except for Undead Nightmare, is pretty much useless without internet connection, especially Outlaws to the End. Just saying.

It's £17.99 on Play at the moment, just got a notification email. Still works out cheaper to get the Undead Nightmare Pack though, which I will be downloading today. Looking forward to playing some poker online.
