Need for Speed: Hot Pursuit is spinning its wheels with some new premium downloadable content, introducing three new cars and thirteen new events to indulge in. The cars on offer are the Bugatti Veyron SS, Porsche 911 GT2, Gumpert Apollo and their three Interceptor versions.

Hot Pursuit's Super Sports Pack will be available from the Xbox Live Marketplace on December 21st for 560 Microsoft Points. Also, you might want to head onto YouTube to watch the Need for Speed: Hot Pursuit launch trailer and contribute to achieving one million views to unlock the free car pack, which contains 3 super convertibles.

Once the launch trailer hits the 1 million mark (the count currently stands at just over 612,000), the Bentley Continental Supersports Convertible, the Lamborghini Murciélago LP 650-4 Roadster and the Dodge Viper SRT10 Convertible Final Edition will be available to download for free.

Look out for the Super Sports Pack meanwhile, on December 21st for 560 MSP, just to reiterate. Check out the trailer below.

  • Woohoo 8D This game's actually pretty fun. Burnout has always been good, and this might as well be a Burnout game.
  • Just about finished with all golds in the main- perfect timing!
  • Cool. I will get GOTY edition next year with all the DLC^^
  • The only thing missing from this game is online multiplayer freeroam :(
  • Ouch. 560msp for 3 cars is way too much. But I'm stupid, so I'll buy it anyway >_
  • Cool any chevos?? Want to get back into this after I've done with Creed
  • brought this game 2 days ago, still need to play ti but dlc keeps coming..sweet!
  • Ha ha should have watched trailer first, yes there will be chevos
  • Criterion are the masters of DLC!!! paradise Island is still my #1 favorite DLC on Xbox.
  • I thought because of online code DLC was supposed to be free...Or is it going to continue on that the free DLC is some stupid skin for a character or car. When they make DLC with achievements all of a sudden it's chargable
  • I'm glad that there is going to be more events.
  • Time to spam F5 on that youtube page..
  • this game is awesome
  • I hope they are doing a Burnout Paradise sequel next.
  • day one purchase for me. my goty
  • @ 5, also comes with 13 new races/cop missions, so its not just 3 cars,
  • I'm not a fan of driving games, but I got this game for free (Cokezone promotion) and I have to say I'm loving it. It's some of the most fun I have had online. With that said, I'll probably pick up the DLC for 560 points. 800 would probably have been a bit of a stretch.
  • @10 Nah the code came packaged so we can get "exclusive" cars and edge day 1 and unknown to us access online. Its so ppl who buy used who wants to play online have to get a license from ea. And dlc has always been charged if it has achievements and some not even that, like dlc to unlock everything which you can get just by playing. Bot DANG 520 I just used most of my points getting black Friday deals. So rally to get those three free cars
  • Good example of a dev with holding content to release for dlc. So popular now days!
  • they need to ad a 1982 DeLorean DMC-12 as a DLC car ,that would be so cool as hell.
  • They need to add OJ's White Ford Bronco :(
  • Damn i just sold this game after getting 1000/1000 gs.
  • People don't forget that Red Dead Redemption had FREE DLC in the form of the co-op missions which came with cheevos. MMM that was tasty
  • got to get these 3 cars they look awesome!
  • It is online right now but it costs 800 points!!! Shitty EA!!
  • i got it but in my opinion there was not enough for 560msp. EA always has expensive DLC
