Yeah it's awesome if you like command & conquer you will most likely like this.
It's Command & Conquer mixed with Axis & Allies.

I definitely recommend this game! It has really deep strategy involved, instead of the normal 'build a huge army and send them all to attack one spot'. The single player has great length, and the multiplayer is extremely good.
Love the fact that this game is being supported by DLC!

@1: yeah, this game is really good and as some already stated, it's really deep in terms of what you can do and how to win. You can fake attacks, can rush through territories, hide your bases from recon units, lay ambushes, and so on. The single player is a tough nut on highest difficulty but the other difficulties are no problem. Online is really great. I played against quite a few people and it's always great to see the different approaches they take. I learned a lot through the games that I lost so it makes loosing not that bad and frustrating as most of the time it gives you new ideas to try out yourself.
@6: Nope, the one with the voice control was Tom Clancy's EndWar. It was good (is still underrated) but RUSE is more deep in terms of tactics.

I tried the demo, but did not like it. Probably had to do with a fact I prefer to play strategies on PC (where they belong:-P) and played demo on 360...

OT: I can't help but think: Chimera invasion a la Resistance:-P
