In this new trailer for UFC Personal Trainer: The Ultimate Fitness System, we get to hear a little bit of insight from the trainers themselves regarding the upcoming Kinect game and a look at some of the exercises you'll be performing to get fighting fit, ready to start punching your weight.

Featuring over 70 MMA and NASM-approved exercises, covering fighting disciplines like Muay Thai, wrestling and kickboxing, your trainers Mark DellaGrotte, Greg Jackson and Javier Mendez will be on hand to help you improve your strength, endurance and conditioning throughout 51 routines.

Ultimate Training Mode will have you hitting the mitts with a variety of UFC personalities, including Xbox 360 exclusive fighters Dan Hardy, Kenny Florian, Frank Mir and Diego Sanchez, and there'll be other drills and intense programs to whip your ass into shape.

Check out the new trailer for UFC Personal Trainer, which is currently scheduled for a June 28th, 2011 release in North America and a July 1st, 2011 launch in Europe.

Well, nice to see they are utilising one of two kinds of game that works real well with Kinect, which both bad and good thing. Oh well, at least we know what to expect:-)
