World Snooker Championship Real 11 Xbox 360 players across the internet have been complaining about what looks like a save game glitch in the otherwise excellent, WSC Real 11.

The issue was brought to our attention after our review and according to resident X360A reviewer, Mr Lee Abrahams, “Basically the game auto saves when you win a frame, win a match of exit certain menus – sometimes though it will pop up saying that it cannot find a storage device. The second this happens then your saved game is buggered as even if you exit out of the game at this point and look at your hard drive it will show your progress as being corrupted.”

We reached out to Dark Energy Digital regarding the issues and they’re reassured us that they are aware of the problem and a patch is in the works.

"Dark Energy Digital are aware of the problem users are having with the Xbox 360 version of WSC Real 11 relating to game saves and are working on a patch to fix the issue," said the official statement.

"We'd like to offer our sincere apologies to those affected and our assurance that the patch will be delivered as soon as possible."

So there you have it folks. Hang in there tight and if you can’t hang in there, remember to backup your save on a memory card.
