If wearing the do-gooder cape and cowl of The Dark Knight starts to wear a little thin, then you'll be able to take up the claws and whip of Catwoman in Batman: Arkham City reveals an updated preview over on GameSpot. You'll only jump into the skintight catsuit for a brief part of the overall story, but Rocksteady has revealed that Selina Kyle will have her own mini progression path with her own moves, upgrades and so on.
Catwoman's section will in fact make up around ten percent of the narrative, but fighting as her will provide a welcome break from Bats, as Kyle is more fluid, graceful and agile than the caped crusader. For instance, she can knee slide under low obstacles and has her own set of gadgets and projectiles that she can hurl at Arkham's psychotic denizens.
To take a first look at Catwoman in action, check out the new trailer and then look forward to getting your claws into Batman: Arkham City on October 2011.
