X360A Review: Alice: Madness Returns

Richard Walker

If it's a dark and brooding fairytale that you're after, American McGee's Alice: Madness Returns might just fill that void. Telling the story of a vulnerable girl's fractured psyche, Madness Returns is about as dark as you can get, taking the Lewis Carroll's bizarre world and making it even more frightening, if that's even possible.

But will you want to take the trip down the rabbit hole to Wonderland and discover the insane treats within? And more to the point, will you be running away like the White Rabbit or grinning like a Cheshire Cat while playing the game?
