  2. Due to the nature of the Morality choices in game, this may take a few weeks if not month(s) to complete. I have played this game faithfully over the last 2 months and finally hit the max morality as it stands now that achievement, as well as a few other, are "broken"
  3. How many playthrus have you completed? I believe there is only 1 boss (Unclean One?) or 2 in story mode. I've played thru the story once and unlocked this achievement on 12/29/18 after my 3rd Chaos Knight (Warzone) completion EDIT: I just fought a Nurgle Daemonhost, with the "Boss" moniker in the description, in 2 different story missions. Including the Unlean One in final fight that makes 3 in story?
  4. If a moderator could sticky this, it would be most appreciated. Like all other games and forums on XBA, I believe this game deserves one too. Instead of always making an "Official Bitching Thread" something more neutral like an "Official Criticism Thread". I believe in the future we should have a more positive title for our venue not to just vent our frustrations with what is wrong in a game but also a place to sing our praises in what we think is great in a game. THE GOOD: Warhammer 40,0000 done for the single player. I've stayed clear of most other WH40K titles (save the X360 Space Marines and Kill Team) due to the fact I suck at army management. It's one think to play on my school sized lunch table then IRT strategy The aesthetics of the game both visually and aurally are masterfully done. Visually: Starting with the level visuals from the inside halls of the fortress-monastery to the ice covered lakes look as if you were playing WH40K on love filled crafted gaming tables. Character models are nicely designed as is the wargear. Aurally: from the sounding boom of my Bolter impacting on a Chaos Marine, my Chainsword ripping the flesh of a Ogryn champion, metal on metal from my power sword against a Tarantula turret, to the minute "splay" of a Nurgle egg popping is very satisfying. THE BAD: Not Diablo:Too many people hyped this up as a "WH40K Diablo" where the only things true about that statement is its an ARPG and isometric view set in the WH40K lore. Which is also a lot of my "bad" bullets reflect. Single Player Campaign: Not really a big issue after I did a little more research into the Inquisitorial lore. BUT IF you wanted to play Co-op Campaign with a friend, they could've limited it to 2 man and have player 2 as your Acolyte while still progress thru the game Not optimized for a controller: For starters I am enjoying the game, for what it is, as a PC port to console. You can tell with the many ways you try to control your character that this was not optimized for a controller. Example 1: There are several missions where you need to activate an objective, disable the AA gun, but if you hold (A) your character has the tendency to run off and either activate a crate, destroy a mine or environmental hazard. Example 2: Using an AoE power or wargear is a 50/50 that you may actually deploy it in that area. Example 3: No hard target lock. It randomizes which target you're engaging and more than likely you'll switch to a lesser threat at reload or like example 2 AoE activations Multiplayer Woes: When my son initially told me bout this game I thought it was going to another Diablo III experience with a 1000+ hrs of multiplayer fun. Only to find out that "multiplayer" does not include the story and you have 2 options for online Co-op. First have friends and select mission close to the lowest persons power level. I have mostly played this option with my brother-in-law on PS4. Not too many hiccups outside the normal multiplayer experience for P$4. Secondly join an online multiplayer queue. This has been my Xbox experience so far. Doesn't sound too bad, at first. So whether you solo, duo, or three man the queue you will search til the game finds 4 players. My average queue time has been 4 or so minutes. The only problem is I haven't been able to complete a single ops due to in game issues like escorting a VIP to an extraction point with the VIP objective circle is on the map with no NPC. Or an assassination mission without a target. THE UGLY: ONLINE ONLY: The box specifically states "Internet Required" which may not seem like an "ugly" issue but let me explain. In this age of "Internet Required" to play online seems to be the trend. BUT you can not start the game in offline mode as you can with many other "Internet Required" games now days (ex No Man's Sky). EXAMPLE 1: Playing thru a campaign level sitting at the reward screen and my internet experiences a "hiccup" for a better term. It tells me your'e no longer connected to the server and now I have no rewards. Captain Van Winter has no Inventory. etc.. Close app. Restart. I'm sitting a t the rewards screen again BUT my gear that dropped and materials at top of screen are missing. I figured there in my Inventory. Wrong. I only had 4 items from chest in inventory. FINAL VERDICT: All in all Im' enjoying this game immensely and hope this is a new trend of Game Workshop titles in the future. EVEN tho I would mind giving a New Dawn of War game a try

Im looking forward to more fixes and updates to bring this game up to par as Diablo III WH40K people hype it up to be.

  7. Are you really, really, really, ridiculously good looking? [Link] :francis:

  8. Does anyone know how to "pop" 100% locked achievements? I have 3 or 4 achievements that remain locked. I also have 3 achievements that have 0% when I know I have all the requirements?
  9. Yes, it is an incredible hang up and Yes, the synonym is poseur as armor and armour.
  10. So with a new asian, RoK, MMO, IF you count Onigiri(XB1) or FFXI(360), coming to XbOne get ready for the influx of badly associate anime names to classes and when Guilds are introduced. While playing the Xbox One Tera Tech Test thru the weekend my party and I noticed a slew of misrepresented anime characters to classes. Not to mention a club named "Debauchery Tea Party" I know this is probably a minor thing to most people and they probably insta named a character to get the name so they could be cool. But i wish more people who "role play" in MMOs knew the background to anime for the names they picked. some of the people we ran into were as follows. Rory.Mercury a Human, Sorcerer, blonde hair. GATE, Rory Mercury, (Rori Makyuri), is a demigoddess and an apostle of Emroy Physically appearances is that of an early teen goth lolita-ish girl that could have been better played as an Elin Reaper or better yet Berserker. Kirito a Castanic, Slayer, red tin tan, white hair Sword Art Online, AKA Black Swordsman should not be a tiefling reject with a greatsword but a human male dual wield warrior others from popular culture references were Gandalf, Dumbledore, Harry.Potter, Wolverine, etc... I know this will only get worst when Guilds come out as we will see the numerous Debauchery Tea Party, Fairy Tail, Dark Brotherhood, Assassin's Guild, Thieves' Guild, etc... not to mention all the try hard names like Slayers of Gods, Heroes for Higher, etc.. to finally the immature ones like We BETA your Mom (GF), guild420, guild69, etc...
  11. It seems to be more and more games are adding value pack microtransactions. I have talked with friends in the past to validate the spending of bundles. So during a heated discussion with some Pantheon member on what the new micros are actually worth I decided to share the break down of the overall cost of these packs. Using, U$D without tax, the 105,000 Argents at $99.99 will give us an appx. 1050 argents per $1 for all conversions will be base in game market argent values Class unlocks: as of now I will mark them at $12.99 BUT I will need to verify if "Three (3) days of Premium Subscription" is 3 or 9 days? Mounts: at the moment there really is no way to determine a mount's value without the addition of the temp licenses to the marketplace. Will update when available. IMOO a mount is a very valuable resource and is worth upwards of $5. Costumes: 1 mil creds for color swaps, 1000 argent for uniqueness Argents: 1050 argents = $1 Premium Subscriptions: in game market place. (14 days = 2x 7 days) Credits: 5000 = 30 argents Knowledge of Enemies: 150 = 50 argent
