  1. Took me just over 4 hours, the last battle was tough and took me a few retries but eventually I got it. Don't do this on your 1st playthrough - play a couple of times on easy or normal (You need to grind 15k kills anyway) as then you get commander traits and items to start new runs with. You want to get the Heavy Weapon trait and turn that unit into archers, then give them the ring of command and they can then kill most boats before they land (Stick them behind infantry for the brute archers which are the main thing that can ruin your day!) Pikes can hold a hill on their own (Sometimes its easier to sacrifice lower building and defend the high ground) I mainly used infantry to either hide my archers behind from brute archers or to rush archers/brute archers. I mainly used 2 units of archers, 1 infantry & 1 pike throughout the run, although on the final island I used 1 archers, 2 infantry & 1 pike. Its all rng on what your island is like but I just defended the high ground with my pikes and 1 unit of infantry, moved the archers around the map to kill the boats as they were coming in until the brute archers came (3rd wave for me) so used my other infantry unit to rush them when they landed. Started to get a bit over run and had to fall back all units to the top of the hill and rotate healing. The 2 handed berserkers and the archers are the only things that will hurt you then. If you can rush the archers with infantry and shoot the berserkers (Bombs on a unit can also be helpful) and try to only heal 1 unit at a time you should be ok.
  2. Yeah I still need to shave a couple of mins from my time to finish it. It's just learning the levels and bosses and then executing. But you do need to be aggressive to beat the time. A couple of tips that I've found. 1) After you kill Nerve, if you restart you start with his sword which is stronger than the pipe meaning you can get through the 1st 3 levels a bit quicker. 2) Turn off ruiner kills in the gameplay menu. Them extra animations can add time onto your run (If i'm low on health I do turn them back on temporarily in the hopes of getting extra health) 3) Pausing the game or going to your abilities to respec pauses the timer. 4) In Hanza when the troops carriers land stand by the entrance and set off a frag grenade when they come out. 5) Frags are also useful for when Angels spit out the cores you can normally kill at least 1 straight away this way. 6) The 2 handed sword spin attack is deadly against bosses, use overload for even more damage. The Vis Carmer is basically the main weapon I use. When it runs out I respec air drop to drop the weapon again. 7) Avoid the ice sword (Artic Fox?) as that freezes enemies even if they are dead adding extra time to the run. 8) Always Dash! Overload rank 1 gives you unlimited dashes, use this to move between areas. 9) The game may crash on the X1, playing on W10 is more stable 10) Most enemies spawn from the same place, learn where they are coming from and learn what enemies you can just dash past to get to the next area. 11) Learn the abilities, you'll need to be constantly tweaking them. Always change to overload inbetween areas for unlimited dashes. 2 handed sword attack for bosses, grid converter for health, which grenades to use and where etc. 12) Learn the bosses. Overload spin attack kills most, stun locking can be safer but slower. 13) Some glitches you may be able to abuse (Not sure if they have been patched or not as I couldn't get the supply drop glitches to work in Hell - but I could just suck!) You ideally want to be beating Nerve in 09:30 (Ideally closer to 9 mins) Traffic king no later than 35-36 mins The sisters no later than 56 mins (Seconds slower than this and just be super aggressive against the cyborgs in Heaven) All 3 of these end of area boss fights should be around 90 seconds fights. Keep an eye on your timings and see where you need to improve (Hanza levels and sisters fight for me) I'm sure theres plenty more tips and tricks that people could add as I'm average at best but I still believe I can beat with practice.
  3. Probably no help to you now but in case anybody else is wondering yes difficulties do stack! Also completing NG+ will unlock hard/normal achievements. As a rough roadmap I'd reccomend the following playthroughs. 1) Normal or Easy to get a feel of the game and grab the collectibles I used this guide: https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1156952347 The main collectible you need to get are the Coins (9 in total) All but 1 Angel is missable (Mothers Womb after a boss fight) but you have to go in that area for a coin so you shouldn't miss it. In the Hell levels there are host piles (Normally always next to an Angel), make sure to get a flamethrower and torch all of these. After the Sisters fight there will be 4 host piles in that area, make sure to call in a supply drop (You can respec points at any time) and torch these 4 piles before finishing the level. 2) NG+ Playthrough. This is harder than hard but doable. All skill points carry over so you should breeze through the first 2/3rds of the game. The mind hack skill is good for crowd control and the kinetic shield is good for tanking bosses around arenas 3) Colosseum mode. This is hard difficulty so shouldn't be to bad after NG+ (Although I struggled on a few levels) Getting the 50k points should be simple as you don't get penalised for dieing (Unless you die before killing an enemy) 4) Easy playthrough. No death run. Should take no more than 2 hours. Ironically the only place I died was the 1st level! You can dashboard upon death, just check that your death count is still 0 in the stats screen. 5) Speed run. IMO the only hard achievement. You need to beat this in under an hour for the final costume. Steam has a guide and there are a few vids on youtube. 6) Grind out deaths. The death count (And all skills for that matter) Seem to reset after each game so you'll need to semi idle the last acheivement. General tips: You can respec at any time. So if 1 strategy doesn't work switch your skills. On easy/normal a lot of bosses can be stun locked with the stun grenades. The grenade bomb is good for crowd control and killing angel cores as they eject. The Vis Carmer sword is great and the special spin attack can wipe out bosses health if you get it perfectly. Overall 15 hours completion + however long it takes you to beat speed run 6/10 difficulty for NG+/Colosseum & 8/10 for Speed Run. (IMO but I suck at these games!) Hope this helps somebody, Go get em puppy!
  4. Easy mistake to make and not really a big deal (I'm possibly the only person to encounter this glitch) And I found the IGN page which set me on the right path. Fingers crossed it'll be smooth sailing throughout free play...
  5. Turns out the guide here is slightly wrong. All of the dwarfs unlocks after chapter 3 (Not 2) I've replayed chapter 1 & 3 and all of the characters that should have unlocked the 1st time around have all unlocked correctly now! Still got a couple of chapters to replay but fingers crossed its fixing itself now! (Bit of a pain having to replay them but better than starting a new save) No idea what caused the initial glitch - I played the entire game in single player fully online connected to XBL etc.
  6. Bit late to the game, so not sure if anybody will be able to help. I've completed the game in story mode and about to start free play but I've noticed that not all of the characters have unlocked for me I'm missing most of the unlocks from chapter 1 & 2 along with a few others from later chapters (Legolas, Radagast etc,) Yet I have unlocked characters from chapter 12. I've replayed chapter 2 but the dwarves stayed locked. Any ideas? Or am I totally out of luck and need to start a new save?
  7. It's possible they fixed the inspectorate of prisons when they released the escape mode dlc so you might have to play through all 10 prisons legit now. (I think they also fixed the Prison Economics achievement so you no longer need the psych ward dlc - but not 100% sure) Regarding the snapshots I found that once I completed the story (The drop rate is very low until you've completed the story so don't bother attempting it until you've finished that) I'd get a few dropping every prison once I met the requirements for it. Best to completely quit out of the game and build a quick prison just focusing on meeting the requirements for each snapshot that you're missing. Once you've gone through each snapshot then start a new prison for the ones that didn't drop and rinse/repeat. It didn't take me to long doing it that way.

  9. This complete edition definitely has its issues. I've had a couple of achievements glitch on me so far (Just had to reload a save as Brawler didn't unlock after defeating Olaf and the 1st story achievement hasn't popped for me either) I've done the normal things like a hard reset of the console etc. I just hope the difficulty achievements all pop at the end. The really strange thing is the game no longer appears on my xbox.com profile! Its like I've never played the game. I can see the original game on my profile way back when it was released but not the complete edition and I'm not alone with that issue (Neither MS or CDPR have a clue why its happening either)
  10. Congratulations!

  11. I have an issue where ghosts are no longer spawning for me. I've switched the From Beyond talent around to see if that changes anything but no joy. I've been all through the frozen map and not met a single ghost witht the active character wearing the talent (although my Bestiary has both ghosts in it despite me not killing a frozen ghost!?) I only have 4 It's a KO talents and i'm 1/25 for the next quest so am I screwed for getting all the mementos?

From the pause menu set your opponent to Mimic and then in the Other Settings menu turn CPU Rage on. Then press followed by back and you should block the attack. http://www.xboxachievements.com/images/achievements/3145/134245-lo.jpg Don't Hold Anything Back 15:1gs: Defeated 20 opponents of a higher rank. You'll get this in Treasure Battle whilst going for "Hot-Blooded Fighter" Every opponent you face has a random rank within 1-3 levels of your own (Higher or lower) so it should come naturally. If for whatever reason you don't get it by the time you reach Warrior rank just play with a different character for a few fights. http://www.xboxachievements.com/images/achievements/3145/134246-lo.jpg Destructive Drive 10:1gs: Performed a floor-breaking move. (Excluding offline VS Battle) The Forgotten Realms stage has 3 floors that you need to break through to reach the bottom floor. In natural fights whatever floor you finish the round on you'll start the next round on that floor. If you don't unlock it naturally just select that stage in Practise mode and put your opponent through the floor 3 times. Alyssia's & attack works well. http://www.xboxachievements.com/images/achievements/3145/134249-lo.jpg Please Don't Tell My Father 15:1gs: Reached the deepest part of the Jungle Outpost stage. (Excluding offline VS Battle) If you don't unlock this naturally just select the Jungle Outpost stage in Practise mode and beat your opponent back until the go through the balcony. Once you reach the lower floor you need to manoeuvre your opponent around until they have their back to the vines (Keep double tapping until you do the full 180) and then beat them through there as well. http://www.xboxachievements.com/images/achievements/3145/134250-lo.jpg It's Just Business 15:1gs: Obtained an overall total of 5,000,000G. The game gives you the 1st 3 million upon launch and you get another 3 million for beating the story. The additional gold you'll get from winning Online and Treasure Battle matches (Occasionally Treasure Boxes give you gold as well) The higher your streak in Treasure Battle the more gold you'll get. If for any reason you don't have it all by the time you reach Warrior rank do a quick run through Arcade which will give you 1 million for completing it the 1st time. This is a cumulative achievement so feel free to spend all the gold you want as you play. http://www.xboxachievements.com/images/achievements/3145/134252-lo.jpg Master Of Iron Fist 20:1gs: Finished the Special Chapter of the main story. The Special Chapter unlocks after defeating the main story and is accessed from chapter select. This battle can be tough even on the easiest settings. Akuma will throw fire balls at you from range which you need to sidestep (Double tap ) so you need to keep close but don't get too greedy! Once you get his health down a cut scene will start where you need to start spamming to beat him with a rage attack before he does the same to you.

Turn Player Rage on from the Other Settings part of the Pause menu then press followed by & together to performs Laws Rage Art attack and you should get this. http://www.xboxachievements.com/images/achievements/3145/134233-lo.jpg Just Relax, You Can Do It 15:1gs: Performed three 10 hit combos. 14. Overview: - Estimated achievement difficulty: 2/10 [Achievement Difficulty Rating] - Offline: 38 [930:1gs:] - Online: 5 [70:1gs:] - Approximate amount of time to 1000:1gs:: 8 hours [Estimated Time to 100%] - Minimum number of playthroughs needed: 1 Story, 10 Online Battles + Many Treasure/Arcade Battles - Missable achievements: None - Does difficulty affect achievements: No - Unobtainable/glitched achievements: None - Extra equipment needed: None Introduction: Tekken 7 is the latest instalment of the popular Japanese fighting game. The new innovation for this game is the introduction of Rage Arts which when activated pull off a strong combo when you reach low health. For a fighting game the achievements are quick and easy. and mercifully you only need to win 3 fights online to get the completion. I personally used Law and spammed his kick combos to beat the game but Katarina (Just spam ) or Lucky Chloe (Hold down and away then spam ) can beat the CPU pretty easily. Abbreviated Walkthrough: Story The story isn't very long and can played on the easiest difficulty setting to make even quicker work of it. Once you've completed it there's an achievement for watching the Epilogue and then the Special Chapter unlocks. The Special Chapter is the only battle that might give you some trouble as the difficulty ramps up here. A big tip is once you get Akumas health down and trigger the small cut screen to start spamming to end the fight (Otherwise its instant death!) As you go through the story you unlock Character Episodes which all consist of 1 battle each. Just pick any 10 characters that you like and win the battles. Multiplayer: There are 3 online modes that you need to get 1 win in each - Player Match, Ranked Match and Tournament (You only need to win 1 match not the entire tournament!) Pick a character that you feel comfortable with and learn a couple of combos to get through it. Remember to use your Rage Arts if you get low health. The Tournament might cause some issues as it requires 8 players online to start but if you create a double elimination tournament then you are guaranteed at least 2 fights to get the victory. Once you have a win in each mode continue to play Player or Ranked matches until you have completed 10 matches. Treasure Battle Make sure you've completed story mode before starting Treasure Battle otherwise you'll be creating more work for yourself later. This is where the real grind begins. You'll need to win around 80-100 wins with 1 character to unlock Warrior rank which should get all other achievements associated with this mode on the way. Try to keep your win streak up as after every 10 or so wins you'll get a special match (Against Heihachi, Kazuya, Akuma or Jin) and you need to win 3 of these matches. Mop-Up: You'll probably be missing the Practise mode damage achievement along with a couple of others (10 hit combos, blocking Rage Arts etc.) which can all be unlocked in Practise. Refer to the individual achievement descriptions for more information. Achievement Guide: http://www.xboxachievements.com/images/achievements/3145/134210-lo.jpg I'll Get Everything Back! 10:1gs: Unlocked all achievements. Should unlock after unlocking all other achievements http://www.xboxachievements.com/images/achievements/3145/134211-lo.jpg Yeah! I Did It! 15:1gs: Won a ranked match online. Simply win a ranked match online. http://www.xboxachievements.com/images/achievements/3145/134212-lo.jpg Not Bad 15:1gs: Won a player match online. Simply win a player match online http://www.xboxachievements.com/images/achievements/3145/134213-lo.jpg Okay! I'm Ready! 15:1gs: Won a battle in online tournament. Tournaments require 8 players before they start. You only need to win the opening battle and not the entire tournament. Double elimination tournaments give you a second chance to get the win if you lose the 1st battle. http://www.xboxachievements.com/images/achievements/3145/134214-lo.jpg Come And Get Some, I Dare You! 15:1gs: Fought ten online battles. Just complete 10 battles online in any mode. http://www.xboxachievements.com/images/achievements/3145/134215-lo.jpg Instant Annihilation 15:1gs: Won three times consecutively in Treasure Battle. Just get a win streak of 3 in Treasure Battle. http://www.xboxachievements.com/images/achievements/3145/134216-lo.jpg Wow, I'm Pretty Strong! 30:1gs: Won three special matches in Treasure Battle. To trigger a special match you need to get a win streak of around 10 in Treasure Battle. Make sure you've finished the story before completing this otherwise all of the special matches won't be available. http://www.xboxachievements.com/images/achievements/3145/134217-lo.jpg Cool! 15:1gs: Obtained 20 treasure boxes. See "I've Finally Found You!"
