  1. If your like me, you never expected that you might run into a game breaking glitch, but many of us have... Without any spoilers, this is the part in the game where you first return to the Endurance ship. The puzzle is that there is a box that needs to be moved so it will drop down through the floor and you can drop down after it. The problem is when you try to move the box, it will not budge, and the crane holding it in the air breaks... The box is actually two boxes glitched together and is caused from re loading a checkpoint during the fight prior to this point. THERE IS A SOLUTION!!! The goal is to exploit a different glitch so laura can go through the floor anyways. (its not as hard as you think, I tried this a few times, then when I understood the concept, I got it to work like a charm!) 1. Break the crane first step is to shoot a rope arrow at the box and get the crane holding it to break. (many times the arrows will not actually stick, I was able to get them to stick better after lighting the crate on fire once or twice with a fire arrow) 2. Find the glitch zone the next step is to walk to the (if your facing the box) right side of the hole in the floor. aim the bow (doesnt matter where she is looking, just aim the bow anywhere) and walk slowly to the hole in the floor. right on the edge you will see her put the bow away for a sec and bring it up right away, this is the glitch zone! the exact spot that i got it to work is on the right side of the hole walking into the glitch zone in the spot where the pipes in the floor are broken heres how you do it! 3. Glitch away! slowly tap the controler to get laura to move to the glitch zone and sometimes you can get her to enter a falling animation where she will bring her hands out and she will lift her legs up, when you see her do that, KEEP HER STILL! she will drift a bit, gently use the stick to try to keep her held in place, if you hold her there for about a second, she will fall right through the floor, and the game will instantly save! Here is a youtube video of someone getting this to work, use it as a visual aid while following my instructions. I did this on Xbox 360, and it took me 10 minutes to figure out, dont give up and wait for a patch, just follow my instructions and you will be fine!
  2. as soon as you officially fail the storyline which will happen when your daughter turns, your game will end at 10am on day 4. but the way i got the achievement, i still had 7 in game hours left, that gave me enough time to get a few more cheeves before the credits rolled. I keep hearing other people say that they got the achievement faster than me using the same or similar methods i used. Enjoy this straight forward achievement and know that Head Trauma is waiting for you and that is yet another 20g achivement that will make you wanna jump in front of a bus..
  3. I agree with True Marvellous... (You bought the keys, but didnt pick them off the floor) That sucks, but Most of us are having to spend hours and hours to beat the 72K achievement just to fail and have to start over... Thats why i made this guide. The good news for you though, Your 2mil closer to getting your Big Spender achievement. This should help you get the SUV a little faster: Barganing Book 1 - lowers cost of items in pawn shop by 10%. Bennie Jack's BBQ Shack. A101 - Food Second Floor, on a platform at the end of lights hanging from ceiling jump from 2nd floor of BBQ shack to get there. Barganing Book 2 - lowers cost of items in pawn shop by 10%. Food Court, Second Floor Above Speedy Expresso. Use the snack machines next to Lombardi's to get above. (for those of you reading this and wondering why i didnt put it in the guide, well, I just did.)
  4. That is personal preference, I have heard that it is faster to save every 1K and reload, another plus is that the survivors and pychos never show up. My personal opinon is to go to the tucatan ever 1K and save every 10K. I think that the game is glitchy enough (you will understand when you go for the Head Trauma, Zombie Fu, and Cross Dresser Cheeves) So I prefer not to save 71 times in a row. Also, I worry that the power will go out while im saving or something.
  5. I wouldnt give up on that, You can easily get 1k+ per hour if your character is leveled up enough, if you cant get kills that fast, then you prob should give up and try again some other time. the key is... DONT STOP! you dont wanna play touchy feely with the zombies, if you have to push through them, try jumping past them, dont get health, dont experiment, just get your cheeve and get out
  6. Yeah, there is truth to the suv being more deadly in reverse, but in my opinion it takes to long to shift to reverse and back to drive, so when i did this achivement i did the best i could without ever having to stop, if i ever did have to go in reverse, then i would make sure to drive into a bunch of zombies while i backed up.
  7. Oh man.. I'm sorry! It didn't even occur to me that he gave away part of the story... I tried to keep this thread spoiler free. If it makes you feel better, that didn't actually ruin the true ending.
  8. Im not sure, but this might be easier than DR1... I remember that convertible was really weak, and there were so many zombies in the tunnels with the gas canisters.. but then again, once the car broke down there was the box truck as backup.. Another point to remember was the fact that You didn't have time to save your game in the first one.. The achievement should have been for total all time kills, not for in one game...
  9. If you press the start button then you have no worries! I'm not so sure when it comes to map or just hitting the guide button.
  10. I love your guide, but as you can see, People will always have questions, i tried to make mine as clear as humanly possible. Your Kill count chart is definitely a plus! actually, with your permission I will add that to my guide.
  11. Thanks! I heard of that somewhere, I was gonna look it up and put it in my guide, but then i figured that if these people wanna spend hours on the 20 gamerpoints that Zombie Genocide Master had to offer then they will more than likely want to spend 6 million dollars for another 20 gamerpoints.
  12. Honestly, if your ready for this, go ahead, Level 47 is definately good enough to get 72k
  13. Nope, SUV doesnt give any PP, but you level up extremely fast due the the PP bonuses for kill counts. If you wanna level up fast and your not trying to get this achievement you can grab the chainsaw from the maintence room to the right of the sex shop and put it on the dirt bike and that will give you +20 PP every kill. (I heard that there is a chainsaw on the very top of the stage too)
