My vault dwellers keep taking rad damage while in the vault is there anyway to stop it other use tons of radaway

Loved the Professor Pyg side mission and the Man Bat one too they where both incredible to play out. Chasing after Firefly in the batmobile was possibly the best thing about that dam car.
