    If memory serves correctly, it does. Every kill you get counts, doesn't matter the difficulty. If you want to grind for proud souls as well, the Bloody Palace is hands down the best place to grind for both.

    No, it doesn't. You'll see a few exceptions to the rule, like NBA 2K6, but it's something we haven't bothered with for a long time now. For games where it's there, we'll support it. Newer games though, if you can't get the full 1k/200, than we can't add you in.

    For that, I'm not too sure. It might be better to be safe than sorry, and finish up whatever you have to before you get to the end.
