Yes, 100k is the max and no, they never tell you when you are close/full.

Tried the new areas and it was the same as everywhere else: I only died when stunned or one-shot. Straight up fighting was no problem. As for potions, what are those things? lol

Ilevel is really not a good indicator of whether you'll survive something or easily kill something, etc. The biggest thing is your character build. I'm a 3.2K HR but I've out DPSed higher level HRs and other classes because I have my character built a certain way and I know how to play my character. Stacking the proper feats/boons and enchantments can mean a lot. I stack a lot of crit/severity & life steal/severity plus feats/boons that help both so that when I do take damage, I gain it back quick. I haven't tried the new areas yet but when I solo anything else, the only time I die is if I get one-shot or stunned so I can't life steal. If I was stacked differently, I would die a lot easier.
