Why is everyone crying, just wait a few hours? The achievements will update, your life will be unaffected if their on your account now or in a few hours. Oh yea and the person above has no idea what they are talking about. Why would you have to unlock them again?
They won't unlock if you wait. The fact of the matter is that if you unlock them before they show up in the LIVE database (xbox.com), then the LIVE database doesn't consider them unlocked. They might look unlocked on your local profile (stored on your Xbox), but those tried to update to xbox.com immediately and because there was nothing to update to, it failed. You can wait as long as you want, but it won't fix itself.
And like mentioned above, nothing is lost by recovering your gamertag. None of your complet

I think he means he completed those games without DLC and now it shows "complete" on his Xbox, and recovering his gamertag will add the DLC achievements to his list. That's pretty silly considering that on xbox.com and everywhere else it is still considered incomplete, so what do you get out of having your Xbox say it?

Unfortunately that's not always the case, usually is but not always. The same thing happens with DLC from time to time, one of the more recent cases being one of the DLCs for Operation Raccoon City.
^^ Exactly what I meant. I suppose it is silly..gonna have to recover and complete the game again. Damn Microsoft for not updating dlc achievements time after time. On the bright side Walking Dead is a great game.
