All cards have been found! Guide is now complete enough for general use. Note that Deadly Premonition is an "open world" game, making it hard to impossible to organize a list by the order a player would find them. Thus, I simply opted for the numerical system used by the game. It's recommended you read through the collection carefully before going after cards. Also note that chapters can be replayed to find missing cards, though that whole chapter must then be completed in order to save.

NOTE: Cards can be found through minigames, out around town, as quest rewards, and more. Some card descriptions below will simply refrence the quest you need to complete to get them. You will find the Quest guide HERE.

 

NOTE 2: Cards can still be collected after finishing the game by reloading chapters (don't start a new game). Note, however, that save phones have been disabled in chapter replays, so you'll have to finish out the story chapter for the opportunity to save.

 

TIP: The cards you get from fishing are in the 'presents icon', but it' has a purple flower pedal outline. This differs from the other gift box, which just has a yellow background, which is just health or a flare. (Thanks XCVii 007)

 

1.) Francis York Morgan- In the very beginning, in the room with the twins, it's in plain sight.

 

2.) Francis York Morgan: Quest reward for Side Quest #22.

 

3.) Anna Graham- When profiling at the Tree of Anna, the ugly tree where Anna's body was found (during Chapter 1), there will be a smaller tree nearby with a bird's nest in it. Take out your pistol and shoot the bird's nest to cause the card to drop to the ground.

 

4.) Becky Ames - Fishing spot near Becky's house.

 

5.) Diane Ames - Side Quest #2. Muses Gallery. Open the Locked door by shooting the padlock from the small "courtyard" in the gallery. Give Diane the painting and the card is your reward.

 

6) Carol MacLaine: Quest reward for Side Quest #9.

 

7.) George Woodman- On the porch behind George's house, on the corners of October St. and Gnome Av.

 

8.) Emily Wyatt: Upstairs in Emily's house in a dresser.

 

9.) Thomas MacLaine: Quest reward for Side Quest #3.

 

10.) Ushah Johnson- Quest reward for Side Quest #32.

 

11) Forrest Kaysen: In the backyard of the Great Deer Yard Hotel. You can exit out the back doors of the hotel to get to it most easily.

 

12.) Isaach Ingram - Fishing spot near Emerald River.

 

13.) Isiah Ingram - Fishing spot near June Bridge.

 

14.) Angel Isaach- As soon as Episode 1 starts, it'll be right in front of you.

 

15.) Angel Isaiah: In the "heavenly" area that marks the very beginning of Chapter 14, in a white dresser.

 

16.) Jim Green - Fishing spot near Jim's cabin (there are three, but all contain the same card).

 

17.) Keith Ingram- Near the Greenvale High School. Pull into the parking lot on Buren St. Complete the checkpoint race that can be started in the parking lot. After completing it, run almost a whole circle around the school until you reach the basketball court where you can pick this one up for your reward.

 

18.) Lily Ingram- You'll find this card at the ATM right outside of Book Mountain Bank. Which can be located on Fox Street. The main road leading into the section of town is Hamilton Way.

 

19.) Harry Stewart - Fishing spot near Lake Cranberry (the one near the place you can sleep -- the other in the vicinity contains an unknown duplicate).

 

20.) Michael Tillotson: Greenvale Forest Park, next to a sign in the parking lot.

 

21.) Nick Cormack: Behind the Muses Gallery. The path to it isn't available until after you've finished tailing Nick in Chapter 12.

 

22.) Olivia Cormack- Across the street from Keith's House, on the corner of Bosh St. and January Way. Shoot the barrels to blow them all up, then walk around the see the card against a pile of rocks.

 

23.) Sallie Graham: At the Lumberyard. After completing the checkpoint race, you'll be able to drive around and into the fenced area where the card rests.

 

24.) Quint Dunn - Rewarded for placing 2nd in darts at SWERY 65.

 

25.) Richard Dunn: Rewarded for 3rd place in darts at SWERY 65.

 

26.) Polly Oxford - Fish at the dock by the Great Deer Yard Hotel -- landing on the pink gift box (usually surrounded by two failure tiles) will get you this.

 

27) Brian Xander Morgan: Unmissable during the inane 4 minute running dream sequence at the beginning of Episode 4.

 

28) Valentine Morgan: Immediately at the beginning of Chapter 24 do a 180 and pick this up by the door.

 

29.) Fiona "Freckles" - Fishing spot near Muffler Road.

 

30.) "Rosy Lips" Gina -You can find her card in the dirtyard across the street from Thomas', Carol's, and Fiona's House. Get on January Way, and go East. It's as east as you can go on the map. To find their houses, look for a payphone icon, then just go north. The card is behind some pipes, got it in Chapter 1.

 

31.) Jack the Raging Bull- In the middle of the large dirt field at the intersection of Elysion Av. and January Way.

 

32) Wesley the Gunsmith: Received from Wesley as a reward for completing Side Quest 35. To complete Side Quest 35, arrive at his shop between 20:00 and 06:00 with at least 8 trading cards in your collection.

 

33.) The General Lysander- Lysander's Junkyard, Northeast corner. Go through the gate into the junkyard on foot, and hack down wooden fences or shoot barrels as needed to reach the card.

 

34.) "Roaming" Sigourney: Quest reward for Side Quest #44.

 

35) Brain the Insomniac: At the Hospital, take a left when facing the entrance, heading toward the fence and the basketball court. To the left of the court is a tree with a bird's nest in it. Shoot the nest to cause the card to fall into the basketball court. Now, drive all the way around the hospital and park in the back parking lot. Follow the path behind the hospital on foot, and you'll eventually reach the backetball court and the card. That's a lot of work to get around one locked door! (Note: The checkpoint race is required to clear a fence blocking the basketball court.)

36.) Willie: Quest reward for Side Quest #12.

 

For Cards 37-42, return to the locations of "Other World" missions from the main story and replay those missions. You'll find one card per mission. Their locations will appear on your map during the mission.

 

37.) Raincoat Killer : Replay the Lumber Mill, in the room where you got the hand-shaped doorknob.

 

38.) Shadow: Replay the Wood Path.

 

39.) Armed Shadow: Replay the Hospital. In the room with the MRI machine.

 

40.) Crawling Shadow: Replay the Muse's Gallery.

 

41.) Mad Wild Dog: Replay the Greenvale Community Center.

 

42.) Mad Wild Bird: Replay Becky's house.

 

43.) Coffee- You'll find this one in the corner in the A&G Diner. The diner is located right by the police station.

 

44.) Turkey Sandwich- In the police station, after talking to Thomas, you'll get an objective marker to go to. Open the map. Look for the objective marker, it'll be over a symbol of a person. On the map, it shows your objective marker in a room. Look on the map at the room to the right of that room. You'll see the marker for the card. The card is in the refridgerator when you go into the room.

 

45.) Cigarettes- This one is located at White Spruce farm, two streets up from Keith's House. Just approach the farm and on the left side there is a well. In front of the well you can pick up the card. Note that it MUST be raining to pick up this card.

 

For 46-48, replay the Other World in the following locations:

46.) Red Tree: Harry's mansion

 

47.) Reversed Peace Sign: Greenvale Sheriff's Department.

 

48.) Red Seeds: Galaxy of Terror

 

49.) Arnold and Slyvester- In the room you pick up #44, by the door on the counter, there should be a dumbell you can pick up. Later, when you find Sheriff George and talk to him (He'll be in his office, working out) he will ask you to find "Arnold". Arnold is the name of the dumbell you already picked up. Accept the sidequest, then talk with George again. Give him "Arnold", and you'll receive some cash, and this card.

50.) Liquified Food: Quest reward for Side Quest #23.

 

51.) Sigourney's Pot: Quest reward for completing Side Quest #45.

 

52.) Indistrial Waste: Quest reward for Side Quest #7.

 

53.) Gina's Sponge- Just outside the entrance of the Heaven and Hell Gas Station. Very hard to miss.

 

54) Anna's Dress: Anna's House, on the second floor, in Anna's room. You need to complete Side Quest 27 to get the key for this room.

 

55.) York's Car- In Lysander's Junkyard, to the west beyond the main building you will see a truck and a couple crates. Smash the crates then head around the path to the left to get to the card.

 

56.) Record Player- Located on top of the back staircase of the Galaxy of Terror, on the corner of Tyler St. and Veil Way.

 

57.) Thomas' Biscuit - Thomas' apartment, In the white cabinet directly to the right of the front door, between the mannequin and the record player. You'll go here in the later part of chapter 19.

 

58.) Grecotch: Inside the Milk Barn by the guitar.

 

59) Ushah's Potato Chips: Quest reward for Side Quest #10.

 

60.) Polly's Pepper: Talk with Polly at the Great Deer Yard Hotel and she will ask you to find a picture which is located in her room. Her room is located in the northeast corner of the first floor. Return it to her and she will reward you with this card.

 

61.) Quint's Bike Tank: Found in quint's trailer and accessible whenever he is home. (I picked it up at the start of Ep. 2 - Prt. 1)

 

62.) Stuffed Deer - George's house, from the front door go towards the phone, when you get to it turn left then go forward and make another left and go in the only door on your right which will be a bathroom. This card is in the toilet.

 

63) Kaysen's Seeding: Inside the Great Deer Yard Hotel, in the room full of plants in the NE corner of the first floor.

 

64) A&G Diner Menu: Inside the A&G Diner, there's a metal cabnet near the payphone. The card is inside it.

 

65.) SWERY: After completing the game, the Special section of the main menu will open. Go to special section, and you see the note on the table:

To get #65, you must do the following, in this order:

Watch video No. 35 (Epilogue) on the TV

Listen to song No.14 (Miss Stiletto heels full version) from the Juke Box

Go to trading card book and view card No.26 (Polly Oxford)

Finally, go to the picture section, view picture Nature #03 in second album from left.

 

You will hear a sound and the blue door is open now, go through the door and pass a few random doors until meet York and he will give you Card No.65.

Anyone else having issues with card #45 - Cigarettes?

I see it on the map at the White Spruce Farm, but I don't see it when trying to pick it up. No glowing blue light or anything, and I'm looking all around the well, and even in the nearby trash bin.

 

I might have to try a different chapter...

2. Sleep for 6 hours, it should now be raining.

 

3. Drive out to the farm with the well/ you should be intimately familiar with it by now from all those trips out there to check on that damn card.

 

4. Since it is raining the water in the well has risen and you can pick up the card.

I put down the wrong chapter.

Load chapter 2 and sleep for 6 hours. It should be rainy now. go to Emily's house around 18:00 when she is at home. Go to the back of the house and peek inside the kitchen and wait until Emily shows up. Watch her until the status of house changes to open. Go inside and go upstairs to get the card. you can also do the quest No.6

Guys, can you tell me with detail how you got card No.52? I have activated quest No.7 and I have the onion in my inventory but when I go to Emily's house (at 18.00 in chapter 02) she just talking. if you give me this info I think I have an idea where the card no. 65 is.

When going for that quest I too used chapter 2 but when I would go there the quest wasnt active.

 

For some reason I had to keep sleeping until after the first rainy night. Go there not during the first one but on the second rainy night.

 

I am sure though that I gave her the onion and it worked. Unless, for some reason the game assigns it to be a random vegetable.

Thanks I give it a try. I know there is a voodoo doll in the game that you can change the weather but I haven't found it yet.

Yeah, you get it for doing the final Emily quest. All it does is make it so you take less damage and have regeneration.
