In the veryfirst level where you learn the controls, you come across your first encounter with Bad Bill and he sends in two of his minions in with guns to get you... They are all pretty much straight forward apart from one or to in a couple of the last levels. Like the fishtanks in the last levels, they dorve me mad. I was silly and started a new game after finishing medium so ended up deleting my progress! Firstly i dont understand why your recomending to play on medium? even on hard this game is extremely easy - players will only realistically die from falling/missing jumps. The fastest way to 1k this game is to complete the game on hard (paying attention to your guide for the level achievements) and finding as many collectibles as you can. Then just simply use the chapter select to grab any missed collectibles (i confirm this works and u can quit levels once collectible found). The fastest way to farm stars for the 100, 150 and 200 stars is to keep replaying the first 3/4 of the first level (play until the room where u are first introduced to the jack in a box). This level will get u roughly 10 thousand stars each ten minute run so repeat as needed. I may have misread your guide but i dont remember u mentioning having to buy all the upgrades as part of the collectible related achievement. After finding my last collectible i was worried when the 125g achievements didnt pop, then i realised that u actually have to purchase every upgrade. I will add the bit about the upgrades, I bought them all in the first 2 playthroughs so when I came to the Hard playthrough I knew you couldnt get the 200,000 Stars in one playthrough.... I dont know I played it through 3 times for my guide and by the time I came todo it on Hard I didnt need to upgrade so I flew through Hard.... Up to you? It isnt a bad game, not annoying like some that's what's confusing me about the achievement, im almost done on the hard playthrough but i still have items to find from earlier levels so does this mean i cannot get the achievement? i was hoping that after hard mode i would do a playthrough on easy next to collect everything and then it would unlock? jpg30 Posted February 28, 2011 Share Posted February 28, 2011 Hey man a decent guide overall but i now have the 1k in this game and can offer some tips to save people time. I was silly and started a new game after finishing medium so ended up deleting my progress! Firstly i dont understand why your recomending to play on medium? even on hard this game is extremely easy - players will only realistically die from falling/missing jumps. The fastest way to 1k this game is to complete the game on hard (paying attention to your guide for the level achievements) and finding as many collectibles as you can. Then just simply use the chapter select to grab any missed collectibles (i confirm this works and u can quit levels once collectible found). The fastest way to farm stars for the 100, 150 and 200 stars is to keep replaying the first 3/4 of the first level (play until the room where u are first introduced to the jack in a box). This level will get u roughly 10 thousand stars each ten minute run so repeat as needed. I may have misread your guide but i dont remember u mentioning having to buy all the upgrades as part of the collectible related achievement. After finding my last collectible i was worried when the 125g achievements didnt pop, then i realised that u actually have to purchase every upgrade. you should have done the Easy playthrough first then Hard looking at TGI's post, because i have done hard mode now i can just use chapter select to find the rest of the collectables now if im reading that correctly? anyone know of a guide for the collectables? You've got it in one. There's no reason not to start the game on Hard, finish it, then use chapter select to either a) finish collectibles or b) grind out the stars achievements. As TGI said, first level up to and including the jack-in-the-box room nets you roughly 10,000 stars. Once the room is clear just 'replay tale' from the menu, sit through the boring cutscene and repeat. There are no guides out there yet but they are really easy to find, its the old rules of rotate the camera view, have a look around, when you drop into a new area or begin in a new area check behind you etc etc Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

I am working on it but I have to do it on my phone... Do you know what levels you have them missing? I have picture of the obscure mines and fish tanks And really the game only takes a couple of hours on hard once you have collected the lot in earlier playthrough.....
