Hi there everyone. I has been a long time and I can't believe the game has been out for so long at this point. I'm just letting everyone know I am still helping out and you can message me whenever. Just want to give a shout out to Borderlands 2 hero Burburnator88! After weeks of hunting on my own, he managed to get the bugger to spawn in about an hour! Huge help and a great guy, still giving his time to help out, if anyone else is on the hunt!

I know this game is kind of old news, but just want to chime in that on November 2020, I used the method descried in the beginning of this post, and was lucky enough to get him to spawn on my first try.

 

Wildlife Exploitation Preserve while on Doctor's Orders Mission, looting the specific batch of boxes mentioned, worked like a charm.
