ConfederateSuga
Seems some folks are having problems, so I figured I'd through together a quick guide. This game is Free To Play, but requires a Gold Membership to play. *JuSt BLaZe* Difficulty: 4/10 - Just because of the time consumption. Hours to 100%: Roughly 10-30, depends on your skill level and gear (pay to win ><) Learning curve: Novice Number of offline achievements - 0 Number of online achievements- 20 (This game requires you to be logged into Xbox Live to play, even the Single Player. Missable achievements - None. http://www.xbox360achievements.org/images/achievements/2130/+tPNNA==.jpgFirst Victory - 10g Get 1 victory in any game session. Self-explanitory. http://www.xbox360achievements.org/images/achievements/2130/+zM1pw==.jpgGang Up - 10g Launch a Team Skill and get a kill in a Quick Match or Co-op mode. Skills are "randomized" in Happy Wars. When you notice you've unlocked a skill in the "Y" button row (top row), that's a Team Skill. Team Skills require multiple people to launch. Once the set amount of people are in their casting circles, press "Y" to launch the skill. This is best done with a Mage, as their Team Skills have the ability to wipe out hordes of enemies. http://www.xbox360achievements.org/images/achievements/2130/-pHeXg==.jpgHello World - 10g Use a talk or order commands 4 times in a Quick Match or Co-op mode. During a match, press the RB button to bring up the order command menu. This will bring up a try with 4 options (A, B, X, Y). This is pretty pointless in multiplayer, but will net you this achievement. http://www.xbox360achievements.org/images/achievements/2130/-3EmzQ==.jpgAll Rounder - 10g Use Warrior, Cleric, and Mage 2 times each in a Quick Match or Co-op mode. Self-explanitory. Doesn't have to be in a single match. Just mix it up. *Help from Justin Sane* http://www.xbox360achievements.org/images/achievements/2130/-VAveA==.jpgThe Legend Begins - 10g Receive mention in Hero Pop-up in a Quick Match or Co-op mode. This is easier than it might sound. You should (hopefully) receive a Hero Pop-up pretty early on. To attain one of these, simply perform a noble feat (lol), such as killing 5 enemies in a row, go on a 10 kill streak or heal 10 allies. There are loads of these and they should come naturally. http://www.xbox360achievements.org/images/achievements/2130/-LDX6w==.jpgBattle Master - 10g Use all skills in a Quick Match or Co-op mode. This seems to be the one that a lot of people are missing. This literally means use ALL skills atleast once. Not once in a single match, as that's impossible. Each character has 3 Team Skills and between 4 or 5 A and B skills each. This will come naturally, as long as you mix it up a bit and play each class. A list of all skills can be found here: http://www.xbox360achievements.org/forum/showthread.php?t=390695 http://www.xbox360achievements.org/images/achievements/2130/-5fD5Q==.jpgRich Man - 10g Get 30 items. Self-explanitory. Just keep playing and your Item Boxes will see to this achievement in no time. http://www.xbox360achievements.org/images/achievements/2130/-nc7dg==.jpgThe Blacksmith - 10 Modify an item and add a buff to it. Pretty simple. From the Main Menu, select "Play" and scroll down to where it says "Dress-Up & Power-Up". From here go to "Item Modification". Select a weapon that has an [Empty Slot], scroll down to said [Empty Slot] and select it and find another weapon that has a WHITE stat bonus and select it. You'll be prompted to click "Start". Do this and the game will then add the WHITE stat bonus to the [Empty Slot] for a nominal fee. http://www.xbox360achievements.org/images/achievements/2130/-Vhk2g==.jpgMOD 0 - 10g Level-up an item. Follow the steps for "The Blacksmith" up to the "Dress-Up & Power-Up" menu and select "Item Level-Up". Select the weapon you want to level up and you'll be prompted to select other weapons to use as materials for your upgrade. The material point cost increases with each level, as does the amount of money needed for the upgrades. Once you've met the material point cost requirements, select "Start" and viola! http://www.xbox360achievements.org/images/achievements/2130/-3ltbw==.jpgSpin Spin Spinner - 10g Play the Happy Spinner. From the "Play" menu, select "Spinner & Cards". Select "Happy Spinner". In this screen you'll see a roulette wheel with various colors. Notice the menu to the left? You can select any of these items up to 3 times. Each bet costs 300 Happy Stars and you can mix it up, eg: 300 on Weapon, 300 on Armor and 300 on Helmet. That's irrelevant for this achievement, though. Simple place your bets and you'll be prompted to hit the "X" button to spin. Achievement unlocked. A tip, however, is to watch out for Bonus Time on the main menu. http://www.xbox360achievements.org/images/achievements/2130/-pmV-A==.jpgNobody Calls Me Noob - 20g Complete all of the tutorials. Self-explanitory. Warrior/Mage/Cleric tutorials, in that order. Very simple. http://www.xbox360achievements.org/images/achievements/2130/+PLEgQ==.jpgStanding On My Own - 20g Reach rank 20. Just play.....a lot. Your rank will only go up on Quick Match and Coop modes. Single player doesn't affect it, whatsoever. http://www.xbox360achievements.org/images/achievements/2130/+tuGlg==.jpgMVP - 20g Unlock the "MVP" quest in a Quick Match or Co-op mode. This 'should' come naturally, but in a pay to win environment, may be hard to obtain for some non-cash players. Just keep leveling up and getting stronger gear and you should get it....eventually. It does help playing a mage, though. I rarely 'don't' get MVP on my cash shopped super mage lol. http://www.xbox360achievements.org/images/achievements/2130/+PqPIw==.jpgTreasure Hunter - 20g Get a premium item. The "premium" part of a premium item is denoted with a golden star. You can cash shop this very easy on the card game, or just keep trying your luck in the Happy Spinner and Item Boxes. *For Treasure Hunter - 20g you can just finish story mission 3 and you will get a premium item. Credit IRA Gunner AFC* http://www.xbox360achievements.org/images/achievements/2130/5-7WLiw=.jpgThe Best Items - 20g Get a level 10 item. Refer to MOD 0, repeat 10 times. http://www.xbox360achievements.org/images/achievements/2130/5-821r8=.jpgTeam Player - 20g Win 3 matches in a row in Co-op mode. Unless you're playing with a bunch of simpletons, this will come naturally. http://www.xbox360achievements.org/images/achievements/2130/5-0X3wo=.jpgBOT Hunter - 30g Get 1 victory in Training mode. Easy, self-explanitory. They made this achievement worth 'way' too much lol. Access from the Single Player menu. http://www.xbox360achievements.org/images/achievements/2130/5-z3J5k=.jpgIt worked! - 30g Complete every Story Mission. This is gonna be a tricky one for most. The key to unlocking new Single Player missions is to increase your online rank. You unlock a new story mission every few levels and you'll unlock the last mission by the time you're rank 26. Not sure on the exact level. And the mission before last is a BITCH! Make sure your character's beast. *Help from crimson x* http://www.xbox360achievements.org/images/achievements/2130/5-lVzGA=.jpgHappy War-Lord - 60g Play 100 non-tutorial games. This will come naturally to anyone going for 400g. Just play a lot of multiplayer sessions and beat the campaign. You can repeat campaign missions over and over and these count towards your count. I'd recommend doing the mission "The Force of Numbers" in Chapter 3 repeatedly. This nets you 900 Happy Stars per play and is finishable in roughly 1-3 minutes, depending on your build. So you can get rich while you achievement hunt . http://www.xbox360achievements.org/images/achievements/2130/5-i1NPM=.jpgYou Rock! - 60g Complete more than 40 quests. In this game, quests are milestones you hit during game sessions. Such as getting MVP, getting X amount of kills/heals/resurrects, etc. and all kinds of stuff. This should come naturally for most people. To view your quest list, go to the "Play" menu, select "Stats" and once the page loads, hit the RB button. bob101910
Might want to note that achievements unlock after the round is finished. I'll edit with several more suggestions when I can get on a computer EDIT: Looks like a lot, but they are small changes. Great guide otherwise. (Suggestion) Gang Up - Not all skills are random. Some are attached to certain gear. For example I have a helmet that gives my Cleric Sacred Armor every time. That's why some people start rounds with Team Skills right away. (personal comment) Hello World - I disagree that they are pointless. Especially the healing ones. I play as a Cleric and barely use game chat. It's nice when people request heals when there is a lot of stuff happening on screen or they want me to follow them for a sneak attack. (Suggestion) Battle Master - All my friends just needed Teleport because that one does not come naturally. I've played almost 20 hours and have never seen anybody use it other than for the achievement. (Question) Spin Spin Spinner - Where did you hear/read that your odds of getting better stuff is higher? I thought it only increased Happy Stars gained from Quick Match by 25%? (Suggestion) Standing on My Own - You get way more experience in Quick Match. (Suggestion) MVP - Might want to add what the "MVP" quest is, because it is not get MVP in a round. To get this achievement you need to have the most kills and least deaths in a game. Don't even need to be MVP of the round. (Suggestion) Treasure Hunter - There are a few Premium Items in single player as well. Each card pack gives 2 basic items and 1 premium. (Suggestion) The Best Items - Pick an item that is not premium. It's a pain in the ass leveling up premium items. (Suggestion) It Worked! - The last Story Mission unlocks at level 26. There are a couple tough levels, but the only one I really had trouble with was the one on the Chicken Level with the aliens. (Suggestion) Happy War-Lord - The level you suggest is good, however you should play it on Very Hard. You can easy knock him off the side of the map in 45-60 seconds and you'll get 1600 Happy Stars every time. Orange Man
I would debate this game being "Pay to Play", I got a ton of premium stuff from the spinner. Now, the stuff isn't as good as say the Riot Gear you could buy, or as quick to get, but it was only 10-20 points off in each regard. Anyways my two cents. I needed to get rid of those pennies anyway, I hate pennies.

They are much better than shop items. Just got a shield (Not Premium) last night after a game from a low level box that is better than the gold one from Story
crimson x
One of my posts on this forum has the list of battle master skills, if you wish to link off to that for references. Also, you unlock the last story tier at rank

JuSt BLaZe
Number of online achievements- 20 (This game requires you to be logged into Xbox Live to play, even the Single Player. You should definitely mention that this game requires a GOLD MEMBERSHIP. Can't play it at all with a Silver account. Just a little heads-up for all the non-gold members. ConfederateSuga
@UnarmedReaper07 - No. I've actually never even heard of that o_O. Bonus Time affects your chances of getting better items in the Happy Spinner, and 'maybe' the Card Game, but that hasn't been confirmed. If you can find any confirmation about the Quick Play thing, I'll be glad to add it to the list. @Jsixty - You can only remove buffs from weapons of the same type. Eg: Want a Magic Attack Up buff for your Wand? It has to come from another Wand. This isn't the case for Item Leveling, though. You can get resources from 'any' category. @Orange Man - You haven't seen my mage yet or any like it yet then, obviously. I have a Power (weight) 10 Wand called "Cyclone" that will give me well over 1,000 (I'm guessing 1,300ish) magic attack by level 10. A Power (weight) 10 Hat called the "Winged Hat" that pretty much ensure I never run out of AP and a Power (weight) 9 Armor that lets me start with Tornado. I went 134-1 earlier in a game where everyone else was struggling to get 10-20 kills. lol. It may not be pay to win, but it most definitely 'is' pay to be a bad ass. Or a better way of putting it, pay to be MVP. @crimson x - I couldn't find that post you were referencing. If you could post the link here, I'll add it to the list. crimson x
http://www.xbox360achievements.org/forum/showthread.php?t=390695 2nd post in there.that's the entire skill list taken from the game's how to play section. oh yes, also you unlock a story mission "tier" every 5 online ranks, starting at rank 6.so you get a new tier at 6,11,16,21,and 26. UnarmedReaper07
For the "card pack" thing there is a "star meter" on the bottom of the screen. You get "stars" everytime you buy a "card pack". Once you fill up the meter you go into "happy time" where you get super rare items. The bad thing is that the "star meter" resets, once you go back to the main menu. The stars you get is random, since my first card pack I got three stars and my second pack I only got one star.
ConfederateSuga
Finally got my Cyclone to Level 10. With my base Magic Attack (100) and the Level 1 Magic Attack buff (80), I do over 1100. I'd love to find removable Level 2 and 3 buffs. Not to mention, as a mage, my physical attack (just on the weapon) is over 700.
