What's an official course then?

Slightly confused,played 4 courses now and got an eagle,hit all the fairways,but the achievements haven't popped and the challenge hasn't unlocked either. I definitely selected an official course though.Any tips please

Hi the first few games I played on an official course and hit a few eagles got no achievement. I played little brook manor i believe that's what it's called and got it on there. I came to the nucleus ion it has to be an eagle on a par 5. As I hit 3 eagles on par 4s and got nothing. Hope is info helps

The official course is one that has the golf club symbol beside it & TGC official or just official.

 

Achievements in this game were really buggy for me. I got 7 achievements without ever getting the achievement unlocked notification. I still don't have the challenge or beat a friends score because it refuses to show my friends scores before or after any round. I played a 72 hole tour last night and I didn't get the achievement for that either. I have pretty much all other achievements apart from 500 miles and 100 player courses.

 

Does the player created courses achievement have a progression bar to indicate how many you have done or does it just unlock on the 100th course?
