Introduction:

Order & Chaos is an MMORPG, basically a World of Warcraft clone. It is a F2P game on Windows 8, and is extremely easy to complete, though it will take a bit of time. To get familiar with the game and how to play, check out these beginner's guides: Part 1 and Part 2. The game does a fairly good job explaining things, but those guides go into much more detail. The game unfortunately can not be played with a controller, but a mouse is sufficient.

Step 1: Play the game!

Achievement-wise, there really isn't much to miss. Aside from hitting Level 60 and looting an Epic item, you'll most likely have all the miscellaneous achievements after only 2-3 hours, and then it's just a matter of grinding out quests to level up and getting an epic loot along the way.

Finish a Tutorial Mission

The first quests given to you explain the game mechanics and how to play. Complete one of these to earn this achievement.

Open a Lucky Chest

The Lucky Chest Lottery can be accessed from the game's menu in the upper left once you reach Level 5. You get one free chest per day, and with gems (1 and 50, respectively) you can unlock two better options that will give much better items.

Assign your talent

Your first talent point will be given at Level 5. From the menu, go to the Spells option, and then the Talents tab. You have two different talent trees to assign points to. Choose one talent and the achievement will unlock.

Reach level 60

Reaching Level 60 in this game takes nothing but time. The quickest way to earn experience is by completing quests, so use your map to find every new quest when you reach a new area, then complete them all and continue on with the story.

[more info to come if it gets harder to level up later on, but I reached Level 10 in the third area you come to, so it seems to move quickly]

Complete 5 quests

There are hundreds upon hundreds of quests in the game, most taking only a few minutes maximum, asking you to retrieve an item or kill a certain number of enemies. You will earn this very early in the game.

Join a party 5 times

This requires that you start or join a party five times. If you see someone in the chat or running around, click on their name and invite them. Most people will join, if only for the extra experience benefit. You can find a friend and just start and end a party five times in succession to do this quickly.

Use the teleport one time

This is story related and can not be missed. You will teleport to new areas often.

Sell 5 items

This will come quickly as bag space is a bit of a premium. You'll be looting plenty of scrap material to sell, and you'll be able to sell off old equipment as you are rewarded with better items through quests.

Obtain a gold coin

You should earn enough money to be grouped into a gold piece by the third area of the game. There are a ton of quests there and they all reward 1-2 silver pieces. Just don't spend all your money on new gear right away and this will come in no time.

Kill 40 monsters

You can grind this out in the first area of the game if you'd like, but you'll be killing thousands of monsters along your path to Level 60, so just play naturally and you'll have it in less than two hours.

Loot 20 times

When you slay an enemy, if their dead body begins to shimmer, they have loot to collect. Double tap on their body to investigate, and click on any items you wish to keep. Many quests require this, so it will come quickly.

Loot a Good-level Item

A "Good" item has a green name, and is one step above your starting gear. These items will often be found on basic enemies. I received a dagger from a boar in the third area, the first big town you come to.

Loot a Superior-level Item

A "Superior" item has a blue name. You should be given a gift that can be opened at Level 5; mine contained three blue items and gave me this achievement before I ever found a green item.

http://www.xboxachievements.com/images/achievements/3320/20.jpgEpic Collector 20 http://www.xboxachievements.com/images/site/gp-g.png

Loot an Epic-level Item

An "Epic" item has a purple name. There are two ways to earn an Epic item.

The first is by trying to "bond" a rare mount (which ends up appearing as a lootable item). This article goes into great detail about how to find and bond a mount. Always have bonds on you in case an epic mount spawns. You do not have to actually ride the item, so the permits and getting a mount of the proper species is less important than just getting the bond to succeed. The other option is to loot it traditionally, though these tend to only show up in the dungeons, which are Level 60 and require a larger team to defeat the bosses that drop them.

When an Epic item drops, everyone has the chance to look at it on the body, even if you did not bond the mount or win the boss drop through the roll. By looking at it and clicking on it, you will receive the achievement even though you will not be able to pick up the item.
