I have the full Version and i can't download Episode 4.

I have the season pass but it wants payment for episode 4, anyone else have this problem?

Have you tried searching the console and finding the DLC's actual page and installing it from there? That's usually what I do. In-game never seems to work right away. I'm at work so I can't test.

Same thing is happening with the new Hitman episode.

 

A friend contacted MS via chat support about Hitman and they tried to lie to him claiming the episode wasn't meant to be part of the "full experience" pass. He showed them a bunch of adverts that proved that wrong. The refunded him his full experience cost and he just bought the episode. And as of right now still has access to all the other content.

I think that someone mentioned in the random thought of the day thread that it is a common issue with episodic content conflicting and when people already have the season pass. I'm not sure if there is a work around yet unfortunately..

Yeah, both it and Hitman should be fixed through the store now.

For anyone else wondering, I was able to download this episode from the Xbox store this morning without any issues, so it seems to be working fine now.
